This was the first time my husband and I filed our taxes at Liberty Tax and we couldn't be happier. Tammy was amazing. She walked us through everything and made sure we understood exactly what she was doing and how it all worked. Plus she got us back more than we thought we were gonna get. We will definitely be using Liberty Tax from now on.

I sat outside an no one ever showed up and I had an appointment at 10 a.m.. No one even called to reschedule so I give them zero stars for just being rude.................

Very incompetent staff mistakes made and I've been cheated out of referrals and was pretty much told sorry about your luck even though they gave me a cash receipt for cash from cash box they said it was deposited on my card now I'm just being ignored

Very upset this Makes twice I've came to lafayette for nothing .. can't understand why have store hrs and then not go by them ... I work and it's hard to try and find the time to com up here
