The entire process of renting and turning in the truck was a pain, it took us over an HOUR to get the truck keys. This is mostly because everything is done on a phone app, and theres no wifi, and barely a signal. Pages that would have taken less than a second to load were taming several minutes. connection lost, cant find page, connection timed out etc. It was also saying i wasnt in the lot, to turn on location services, but they were on. It said to look for a barcode, there was no barcode. Called the number, and was told after being on hold 20 minutes that oh this place has its OWN number we need to call, so another long wait. Then the lady tried to tell me the internet didnt run off of wifi, and lack of wifi wouldnt make the stuff slow. I said i took a picture like the app asked, and its showing the picture, but wont load. she said to check if my camera services were on. completely useless. Another group was there trying to pick up a truck and they couldnt get anywhere either. I finally got the keys, and drove it to the gas station where they had wifi and the rest only took a few seconds. Was extremely late to my appointment as I didnt calculate this simple transaction as somethign that would take over an hour. Then when I got back, I had the same issues because no internet, and it had to be done on site. Cherry on the cake, they tried to recharge me for the entire fee at the end even though id prepaid almost 100$ AVOID unless you like being annoyed and late.
