Looking for A car and went by there to find out what their average down payments and monthly payments run. First the man acted like I was wasting his time just being there, then he acted like he was disgusted when I mentioned how much I had saved up so far for a down payment! If you have plenty of money to blow, you might peek he's interest, but if you are just trying your best to find a reliable car, he's not interested! It was a big waste of time!!!!!!!!!

I am disabled and have 2 kids and they told me it was a good car and me and my kids been broke down 3 times on side of the road they didn't fix the problem none of the times and I'm not paying any more money for them to put it back together and it break down again it was from the day I got the car it was having problems he would not put me in another car or give my money back

Seemed super nice at first but when we test drove 2 of the cars and found obvious problems with them, he got more visibly annoyed. I asked how much the total was for the second car and then asked if he would be willing to fix the car before I take it and he got an attitude and said he could instead sell it to me for $1000 more than the original price.

When needing a used car it's hard to trust this day and time.Valley Auto sales is the one to go to. At most lot's you have a salesman that follows you around not allowing the time needed to choose. I'm pleased to share that when I was ready to talk to the salesman he was right there answering question. I went with a car the next day only because I wanted to be sure.They take their time to answer questions, and I was their for no more than an hour.If your looking for a used car,If you want to buy from honest people, I believe you will be happy with Valley Auto Sales. I know I am.

The service was terrible from the start. Didn’t greet us when we walked in and was very awkward. Absolutely the worst customer service ever didn’t even show us around and didn’t seem excited to sale a car. Because of my race YES IM PULLING THE RACE CARD he asked if I’ve received my tax money yet. I had a pocket full of money and I haven’t even filed yet, even tho that has NOTHING do do with me buying a car I guess being black you have to have tax money to get a car? 0/10 wouldn’t recommend all of those cars will forever remain on that lot cause they SUCK!!!
