Narrowed their isles, always too crowded, workers literally hover over your shoulder during self checkout. I mean you have like 50 cameras, I'm sure you'll catch the criminals. Selection of products has shifted to crap.

If I could give a negative rating I would. I have experienced such an unpleasant and uncomfortable shopping experience in my life at any other franchise brand or even Walmart as I have here every single time I go. I went in for one single item tonight before close and was told to go to a certain self-checkout because I had cash by one cashier and she walked away and within no time I had a lady within no more than 2 or 3 ft in my personal space staring at me putting money in the register and that will be the last time I'll ever go back it's just ridiculous

Our local Walmart has really stepped up with having checkouts open and staffed and the self checkout running smooth with employees ready to help with any purchases.

Staff complained about being short handed while checking us out. Customer Service Rep was nowhere to be found to assist the cashier with a coupon. He said “this is the second time this week she has disappeared. I’m sorry, just keep the coupon and use it next time”
