Okay so the GM of this sore by the name of “Camyra” was apparently at the Valley store helping the assistant manger out due to lack of help. This lady called me asking about a payment and before I could go into detail this woman cuts me off states “that isn’t going to work” and starts HOLLERING at me!! I have been waiting on a repair guy since Dec 21st 2021 and he stated he wasn’t going to come all the way to my area unless he had more jobs because the ride was too far. I had been communicating with the actual GM of the store and I’ve been waiting on new furniture since Feb of this year because mine is seriously just falling apart and the lady is going against what I was told and have proof of In text that I was going to get credit saying she wasn’t going to give me credit, that she needed at least a half of a payment today and I had been stated I wasn’t going to pay for anything that was falling apart. They have now breached the contract by not doing ANYTHING in a timely manner. They let a lady from another store that had no idea what was guaranteed to me or promise call me and hollering at me. She must not know the law because it’s harassment, verbal assault & and putting other employees in hostile work environment. The way she talked to me will not be tolerated. I am pregnant and will NOT BE TALKED TO ANY KIND OF WAY AND HOLLERED AT. I was never rude to this lady and I don’t know who made her angry but she needs to be fired and do anger management. This is NOT a business. It’s unprofessional, inexcusable & ON TOP of all of this I was then told by the Assistant Manager Adam in Valley “she didn’t mean any harm, she didn’t know, she’s just here helping today, please don’t let it upset you, you’re not supposed to make a payment until you get new equipment anyway” well I was asked to make 2 payments while awaiting since Dec of last year just to be rightfully treated and why was she calling me for a payment anyway??

Did someone relieve themselves in the GM's cereal? Miss Kamira has an attitude problem. She either needs a raise, vacation or some some good loving if you know what I'm saying. She can't keep track of payments or her mouth closed long enough to listen to the customer. A small misunderstanding turns into her yelling at someone. Deal with her or your business will take a hit due to her lack of a love life. And please don't respond with a sorry. Just get her to show respect. A shame you guys can't lease her some toe curling loving

Had a bad experience while visiting Aaron’s shopping for furniture. A lady named camira was really rude when speaking. I applied to get a tv but was denied so my fiancé applied when he got off of work and even though he was approved online, camira said they couldn’t accept it becaue it was “weird” He came in and applied after me. She couldn’t give us a legit reason other than it was weird. Really bad experience. This store needs to take customers serious and pick managers who are more patient and understanding

We just went to arrons today and saw a bed I wanted done alot of business there spent alot of money and was told I couldn't have that particular bed I'm handicap in a wheelchair needed that lower bed and twice the manager told me I couldn't have the bed I will not be doing anymore business there

My husband went to go get a lower bed cause he is a wheel chair and the manager was more interested in selling him a higher bed he couldn't get in too and twice she wouldn't sell it to him we won't be doing business with them anymore so sad how they did business with him today

I am renting a gaming pc from here and have made every payment but missed 1 and they called me and went to my house to grab the computer after only one missed payment unprofessional I would expect them to go to my house after like 3 or 4 but will not be going back after I Irish paying it off
