Big O/S to the Aspen dental in Lagrange!I called the Aspen Columbus location on Thursday 03/21, seeing as they are the closest office to me and I had been hearing good things about the company. Only calling for simples question and possibly to make an appointment, person on the phone was completely rude and unprofessional, they acted as if I was being a bother by asking questions.I called the Lagrange office right after and it was a completely different experience, the young lady Andra was very kind, professional and knowledgeable! The only reason I didn’t immediately make an appointment was because of my work schedule but she was more than willing to look at further days for me and told me not to hesitate to call back when I was ready! Can’t wait to see that this office has to offer!

I don’t know the girl’s name I think it’s De’Andrea she’s the nicest girl I’ve ever met at a dental office. She always know how to answer my questions and make sure that I’m taken care of. She’s the best.

If you plan on going to this establishment, and you make an appointment, be sure that you verify the appointment all 364 times they send it. Once is not enough. If you verify online, then through the text, and through the text again, and then through email, that will not suffice. Aspen Dental will apparently send you notices to verify from corporate, district, regional, worldwide, and owner hubs but they will “call” you to confirm. If you miss that call, they cancel. All the other confirmations don’t matter. Don’t waste your time like I did. Just go elsewhere.

I waited a while before making this review but my experience at this office is unforgettable. I'm not a patient there because my insurance is not active with their office, but the receptionist De was so nice and gave me so much information about insurance and even helped me find a Aspen that took my insurance. Anyone looking for a great dental home with, Great southern hospitality go to the Lagrange office and ask for De!

Everyone was very nice. The cost of today's visit was explained thoroughly. Deandrea talked to me when she could and made my visit very memorable. She's awesome. I'll definitely visit this location again.

Worst experience ever I went into the office to get 2 of my wisdom teeth pulled the lady was very rude and aggressive she left a portion of my tooth still in my mouth not to mention broke a bone in my gums which she had to cut because my tooth got stuck and had the nerve to tell me it’s normal and she would “ just stitch it up” I’m n consistent pain the lady didn’t even want to prescribe me meds nor did she write a work excuse I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone it’s located in Lagrange ga

They were great. Got stuff done in a timely fashion. The staff was very friendly and explained every procedure they had to do.

Actual visit was OK, staff were professional, and feedback was appreciated. However, I was presented a treatment plan that included elements I had nevet heard of before that were not covered by insurance. Also included sn electric toothbrush that I had no interest in. When I declined the unwanted treatment they refused to privide the treatment I did want. I offered at the time of the visit to pay for the checkup and x-rays and was told there was no charge. Now,nearly a month later, I have been sent a bill. My judgement at this point is that Aspen Dental does satisfactory dental service but is more interested in maximizing revenue than in providing dental services that potential nations both want and afford. Their refusal to provide the cleaning service I requested is about like a roofing company refusing to reproof a house unless the client agreed to include new gutters. It was an example of poor customer service and a poor business practice as it lost more than $600.00 in revenue for what would have been less than 2 hours service time.

Place is a joke. Get a filling. It will fall out the next day, then they won't answer the phone, or if they Do they will hang up on you .. this has happened to me . My wife, and several people at my work. Seek a real dentist, aspen dental is not a dentist, they are a denture salesman.

They were very nice and let you know what is going on with your teeth but my appointment was at 2 and I didn't leave there til 4:30.
