Bad place for business accounts, wants to hold deposits for 7 days to prove your relationship with them. No I don’t there are multiple banks around. Sorry account closed.

Ripped or damaged bills.... this is how they help now. Apparently BOA doesn't want the inconvenience of helping the average person anymore. Gave me a handout and told me to deal with the Department of Treasury myself.If they can't profit off it....

Very discriminatory practices pertaining to lending and business credit related.Being COVID was a damaging factor to business stability,I didn’t receive any sort of assistance,or even a talk via phone or mobile app.

Arrived at the bank about 3:30 due to not being able to complete a transaction online or on the app (transaction limit). The lady at the door was very nice and took my name and said it would be a little wait, which I expected due to the lateness of the day. About ten minutes later, a young man came and we went into his office and went right to work. I apologized for the time due to it being almost 4:00, but he couldn't have been more pleasant about it. The only thing that I noticed that was concerning was the location. It being downtown and on the corner, it was kind of tight, but this was the first time at a branch in a long time, so it was no big deal. I have been a BOA customer for 17 years, and will continue to be one. Thanks to the very nice employees for your help. BTW, while I was waiting, I noticed that the tellers were very nice to the customers and the line moved quickly.

This location has very good people working here. I only had a short wait to get service. The lady was very helpful and professional and courteous. Helped me get my change of address and information on my account that I was looking for. I just wish Bank of America had locations in Alabama so I wouldn't have to drive so far.

Came in hoping to open a bank account, was told to sit & wait for “a few minutesâ€. Waited for 45 minutes, the bank closes in 10 minutes & was ignored & given no option to make an appointment. Representative helped five other people who came in AFTER I did because “someone else will have to see you for thatâ€. Finally got up & left. Nobody noticed. Absolutely terrible customer service.

I wouldn't gave this bank center a star. Called today and ask a question maybe not in their financial terms and this lady came and told me if a couldn't speak English. Sadly in Trump era of segregation and racism there still people with so much ignorance. she is there to provide a customer service not to racial profile people on the phone because of their language. She need customer service etiquette training. Stupid lady.

Customer Service is TERRIBLE!!! Allow yourself at least thirty minutes to be able to just make a deposit through the drive through due to them being extremely slow!
