Shameka is probably the nicest employee there is at this location. She was very talkative and polite! She helped me with a return and a purchase and wasn’t rude at all.
There’s one other lady who is very sweet but the rest of them including management is rude.
The rating is for the rude employees not Shameka.

Busy due to the excellent sale and this store was very under staff to service the traffic. I applaud the associates for their patience in dealing with impatient customers. Kudos!!

Worse customer service that I have ever experienced ! Was in Belk in Lagrange on Sunday afternoon, I live in Columbus. They had very few registers open. I took my purchases to the jewelry counter. Two ladies behind the counter, there was one older lady in line that I had just witnessed one of the ladies being very rude to her because she didn’t have the Belk app to look up her own price ! She told me to go to men’s to get waited on. I went & there was no one in that department. I returned to jewelry where the sales lady argued with me that there was someone in men’s, and I politely told her there was not. You could tell she just did not want to be bothered. I told her she didn’t have to wait on me, I would go elsewhere. Love shopping at Belks when I can because we do not have one in Columbus. Do not think they will be getting any more of my money ! ?
