Really cool place for the kids. I wish there were other businesses close by. My kids had a blast! And I must say, employees are VERY NICE, very accommodating, especially Kayla Williams— customer service on point!

Worth the drive for your kids to have fun.. can get overly packed. Get outside food.. prices are high inside so Doordash or driclve 5 mins to local fast food. Staff is great and pools are extremely clean.Rooms: Bunk beds for kids were great..large fridge and comfortable beds.

I’m a very dissatisfied customer, when I made my reservation over the phone I was less to believe the ULTIMATE FUN AND FOOD PACKAGE would include $100 credit per person not all together. Nothing has been done to rectify this situation no supervisor has returned my call, they have also refused to come to the phone after a 45 minute hold time. This is ridiculous! For the amount of money you spend the quality is awful!Walkability: Had I been properly communicated to regarding the package, I would have chosen the wolf package for the kids instead! Financially this package makes no sense! Why would I spend $300 for a package of only $100 food credits? Versus $75 for wolf pass which include not only access to the dry attractions but also ice cream and candy as well. I hope to hear from some one soon to rectify this situation!

It’s ok, but it’s unclean. Most of the service workers are very nice though.

I drive a person to work here in the Lagrange ga location it’s real funny how this person says they don’t get paid on Easter as if they don’t acknowledge the day. Every holiday they have signs showing that they acknowledge that day. But not the day Jesus was risen and that’s no coincidence because they are wolves in sheep clothing bringing in the children … there is no coincidence they disgust me, they trying to play with God like we don’t notice .Noteworthy details: No acknowledgement that the King has risen

$90 for one day (even if your just the adult and not swimming).$15 to park. The food is basic amusement park type food. It's expensive and mediocre. Chicken nachos were pretty good ($18). The suvonieer cups have bar codes you have to scan each time you want ice or more drink. You are timmed. 20 seconds to get ice and a drink. Unfortunately the ice machine takes up 10 of those seconds for a handful of ice. The onces of actual drink you get are recorded, so there might be a limit? There's not enough chairs, even if your willing to pay extra $$ for reserved/premium seating. Either reserve these days in advance or be OK with standing or sitting on wet cement until you can find someone leaving. But you gotta be quick because everyone else standing has the same idea. Single parents of younger children, your going to get overwhelmed and "lose" your child at least 3x. The staff working the confessions, water park entrance desk, and a couple at the main front desk give off overworked, unhappy, and underpaid vibes. My advice? get a room if you want to go to the water park during there peak days. Day passes during this time arent worth it. Designate a chair grabber as soon as possible ahead of the others if paid premium seating isn't an option. It says "no outside food" but this doesn't seem strictly enforced. You'll save a lot of $$. Go ahead and splurge on a cup if you plan on staying all day and expect it to be over capacity. Your kids will have fun and you'll spend upwards of $400 to fight for a seat, be treated rudely by 25% of the employees, not have more than 2 feet clearance any direction at all times.

Staff is friendly but not necessarily helpful for all situations. Rooms could be more comfortable. Great restaurant variety. The bowling machine stopped working a lot. Security is lacking. Water park area is fun!

Shane, Russ, Carletta, Micheal @rock climbing, and Fredmethia are awesome! I’m hearing impaired and crowds can be frightening. Any problems was taken care of immediately with hesitation. I had a group of adopted children and these ppl went out of their way to make their experience AMAZING! I’m truly grateful for their help and understanding with smile.Nearby activities: Lots of activities with very smallWalkability: Disabled parking

This place is below average. I’m not sure what the hype is but this isn’t it. It grossly overpriced and the quality doesn’t align with prices. Save your money and take your family elsewhere.

The majority of the staff that we interacted with was extremely friendly & helpful. I appreciated everyone's smiles and patience. However, there was one employee that I wanted to give special recognition to for going out of his way to help us calm my almost 2 year old grandson who was having a slight meltdown right when it was time to leave. We got that his name was Chris, but I don't know what department he worked in. We just want to say again, Thank you so much, you are an amazing human!!!
