this place is getting slower by the day. the lady taking orders in the drive through is so slow its taken 20 plus minutes for a mobile order.I've also pulled up and had the girl at the window ask if I have any extra perfume. and acted very rude like I offended her. I stopped on my way to work so i don't know what her problem was. this place is getting awful.

Let's try it again. The last time I ordered onion rings they accepted the order and they were out of onion rings. Today I go through the drive-thru to get onion rings and I sat for over 5 minutes in the window waiting for onion rings and when I receive the onion rings they were room temperature so they made me sit there while they pulled my onion rings off so that I have a cold lunch. Thank you I'm done with this Burger King I will not be back. I guess it's because I'm white and they're black. They weren't busy there was two cars in front of me and I had to wait once the cars left.

Had coupon for two jr whoppers and two fries and plane hambuger they shorted me one jr whopper and and gave me cold fries there onion rings are terrible. Buns was covered with grease.

Burger King wait times ever! I am trapped in the drive up line and I already ordered and paid online so I can’t leave. I have been sitting here for 30 minutes wondering if they went out and killed a cow or they’re grinding the damn hamburger meat as we wait! I will never come to this Burger King again. This is not the first time this has happened! Terrible CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Not sure what happened today but waiting 10 minutes at the drive thru mic to place my order and than another 20 minutes at the first window before taking my money and getting to the second window. 30 minutes is way too long for a drive thru!

When ordering we were very exact on what we wanted the person taking our order was rude and abrasive. When we got to the window, the person there was rude and didnt make eye contact or even look out the window at all, lacking customer service skills entirely. Our food was cold and not even wrapped properly. Shake was watery , i wont be going back to this burger king again..

This has to be one of the worst Burger King I have ever been to(once was one of the best ) fries were ice cold and asked for only cheese ketchup and mustard on burger no mayonnaise. (came with only mayonnaise). we pulled up at about 10:35 PM ordered at the drive-through pulled to first window and waited approximately 20 minutes before someone came to the window to take our money pulled up to the next window. They already had our food made handing it out the window. Got down the road realized fries were cold, and Burger was wrong turned around to them being closed. I feel like they made it completely wrong on purpose.

I have gone to Burger King multiple times in the past few months, and the service has been equally terrible each time I have gone there. Every time, I'll usually wait about 3-5 minutes to get my order taken, and then I'll have to wait 10 minutes to get my food. I understand BK is busy, but this is much slower than any other fast food restaurant. The people taking my order as well do not sound interested, but that is not a huge concern as the wait is on my part.

Apparently they’re just hiring anything with a pulse to work here. Asked for only pickles, by time I checked my order something told me to flip over the burger patty & when I did I seen they put ketchup on my sandwich. They then flipped it over face down to where it wouldn’t be seen. The person taking the order in drive thru was ok but the wait was way too long. Also, when you ask them not to microwave your burger apparently to them it means you want it cold instead of fresh. This is why I don’t order fast food that often. Oh & good luck getting the listed number to work!

The black lady who wear the dresses is real rude. The manager of the store she has no good customer service. If us people have to keep doing this with this business. Why should I spend my money. With Burger King and that’s all I will eat.
