“We used LTR Glass for a new shower about 6 months ago. There was a little hick up with the initial installation. Recently there was a small leak and the door sagging. BOTH times, they were SUPER helpful and more than happy to make the needed adjustments. Both times Tony, Troy, and the office staff were courteous and had a very helpful attitude. They were quick with the service too. I will with out doubt recommend to others and use again for any future glass needs.”

“Was referred here by the dealership since this is who they use for a windshield replacement. Got a quick estimate and scheduled for them to come to my home a few days later. Everyone I spoke with and the guys who came to do the replacement were professional and polite. Install was quick and the cost was reasonable. Hope I don’t need to deal with them again, but I would give them my business again and recommend them to others.”

“I purchased a truck for my husband as a Christmas gift but unbeknownst to myself came with some headache and rage inducing issues. Just a couple that could set anyone off honestly. Warranty company sent me to these guys. Reviews say it's iffy however they are under new management and Jay, the new general manager of course told me I'd most likely have to take the truck to the dealership but still bring it in to look and verify. He communicated everything with me and all it was was last mechanic to work on it did not tighten bolts. Truck also had missing bolts I found out about before taking it to them. Staff was extremely friendly. They made everything easy from understanding problems, potential problems as well as what steps to take next. They were absolutely awesome in everything from personal engagement to the handling of my truck. All this done with a sinus migraine I was fighting at the time. Other mechanics at other places do more picking and playing with me I noticed where as they were upfront and straight to the point while making me feel heard and kinda like family. Will most certainly take any future issues I may have to them. I'm happy I got to meet their new GM. Jay, you and your staff are awesome and again thank you for everything.
