“Over the years, I have purchased several vehicles from many different dealerships across the U.S. and the buying experience were mostly time wasting events going back and forth with the deal. Then higher pressure sale tactics and even numerous attempts in finance office to sell extended warranties, upgrades, extra options and always never accepting no for an answer.My experience at Lagrange Toyota was totally different than the above. First, I called the dealership inquiring about the availability of vehicles within certain parameters and was put in contact with a salesman by the name of Jacob Howard. He explained what they had on the lot and even discussed some of the availability that showed online. His demeanor (positive) was different then the typical salesman I have experienced in the past which is wonderful. Decided to visit the dealership and immediately was put in touch with Jacob. He was very professional, knowledgeable, respectful, and patient as we discussed the vehicle I inquired about. Finding the vehicle which was in transit; then proceeding to the deal, the back and forth was almost nonexistence and an agreeable transaction was reached. Jacob informed me the vehicle would arrive approximately by the end of the week and possibly within 2-3 days. Moving into the finance department, the gentlemen who helped me was very professional as well. He did offer the “extra” but the difference was when I said no thank you; he accepted and never attempted to again to sale anything extra. He thoroughly explained any questions I had for the transaction.While waiting for the vehicle to arrive, Jacob kept in touch and was very patient with me being impatient and anxious for the arrival of the vehicle. Even though the vehicle didn’t arrive within 2-3 days, the vehicle did arrive at the end of the week like Jacob stated at the beginning, which was spot on. At delivery, the vehicle was ready when I arrived, and Jacob took the time to answer and explain all my questions. Jacob is a tremendous young man and if you are searching for a vehicle, this is the salesman you want to assist you.Overall, a tremendous positive car buying experience! So if you are in the market for a vehicle, I highly recommend and encourage you to visit Lagrange Toyota and you won't be disappointed, pressured, or uninformed in your car buying process.”
