“While I wasn’t personally renting a vehicle, I spent time at this location over the past couple of days with a friend who was. During that time, I had the chance to watch the staff interact with multiple customers, and I was genuinely impressed by the level of customer service. The representative was patient, professional, and took the time to answer questions and help customers find the best options for their situation. It was clear that he cared about providing a good experience and had his customers’ best interests in mind. Based on what I observed, this location values customer service and treats people with respect. Great job.”
