This has to be the worst cato ever. It's small and crowded. The employees are always rude. Can someone please teach them customer service?Sales rep..." I need the original receipt to refund"She's holding the original receipt in her hand with that store and it's address on it. Do yourself a favor. Shop the valley alabama store. It's cleaner. Brighter and the staff is always nice.

All they did was talk to each other. NO Customer service all they did was tell you that you could not place stuff here you can't try your shoes on over there you have try them on over there just very nasty.

Terrible customer service. Long Lines at register. Supervisor came in, signed something, saw the line, kept going. Unconcerned. I even said, "y'all need help in here"

I agree with Ms. Wilson. The customer service is terrible at this one in LaGrange Ga. I just quit going there and started shopping on line. NO ONE wants to check you out !!!! You stand waiting and waiting. There is always an employee that will tell me someone will help me soon, BUT, It is only when I'm putting my clothes and accessories down to leave ... I'll get service. REALLY?? I used to love to shop there. Sometimes I think about going in to shop, but, the last 3 experience have caused me to change my mind. Maybe the employees need more training on customer service. Other than that... I love Cato. Just NOT this one in Lagrange Ga.. Plus it's become unorganized. Cluttered ..
