I have rented several units from Commerce Mini Storage. I have always received outstanding customer service. The storage is very clean and secure. I have never felt unsafe there. The manager Michelle is amazing. She has always had a smile on her face and very accommodating and pleasant. If I wasn't moving out of state I would still be renting from them. I would recommend Commerce Mini Storage and the staff to anyone in need of storage.

I have rented numerous units from here. I'm renting one now. The customer service is outstanding at Commerce Mini Storage. I keep returning because of the staff. Michelle does everything possible to make sure I have great service. I would recommend anyone to stop by and meet her and the staff.

I have only rented this storage for about 3 months. I was at work and couldn’t answer the phone on the day after the payment was due, so the manager left a voicemail, she didn’t give me time to call back before she called one of my references and told them that I was behind on my payment, which was none of their business, so I called back and asked her If she could not share my business with other people and she basically was so rude to me!! The conversation ended by her telling me to come and pay her and move my stuff out the storage. I asked for the manager she responded by saying I AM THE MANAGER, I asked for the owner, she said I AM THE OWNER TOO . Needless to say I’ll be moving my stuff out. Customer service sucks!!!
