I had the worst experience with CVS today. I’m new to Lagrange and went to an urgent care facility, which I must say was great. Piedmont Urgent care was the best! They sent over my prescription to the nearest pharmacy which was CVS at 1597 Hogansville Road. I was contacted and picked up my first prescription without incident, however when I tried to pick up the remaining medication I was told several times it wasn’t there. A team member changed my name on my profile to my maiden name, hence that was the reason why it wasn’t located. However I showed the pharmacist and the team member, that I received a text stating that my medication was ready. The pharmacist was very rude and tried to make me pay cash ($120.00) , when I have insurance. I proceeded to tell her I have insurance in my current name which is Khadija Nasheed. I would have appreciated the folly if they would have apologized for the mishap instead of being rude and condescending and not acknowledging their mistake. I will not be visiting this store again . I’m so sick and didn’t have the energy for this problem. The pharmacist closed the window with aggression and was very rude.

Absolutely the worst place ever for prescriptions. No one cares about you or your health. Have been trying to get a prescription filled for past week, and was promised it for the next day and never came in. Had to transfer to whole different pharmacy company to get life saving medications.

Ghetto pharmacy. The ladies working in the pharmacy are rude and have the ghetto attitude. Takes forever to get anything from them. So slow and could care less

Ghetto pharmacy. The ladies that work pharmacy are horrible. Could care less to be nice or god forbid help. Very slow on purpose it's the great attitude. Guess it's the best employees they can find. So go somewhere else

Seems like the pharmacy is getting better, they have been faster than normal at the drive thur window. Phone service is still not where it should be.

The pharmacy team was off walking around the store doing anything but their job, while I sat and waited for 2 hours for them to fill one prescription. This is absolutely the worst pharmacy I have ever been to and it will definitely be my last visit. If you have half a brain cell left in your head go anywhere but here!!!!

The retail store itself is fine but I would not trust the pharmacy. Errors in medication and was told “you should’ve checked it.” You should be able to trust your pharmacy to fill the correct drug.

Lacks consistency on filling prescriptions. Reverse discrimination takes place here often!!!!!

Not bad, but I had to search a bit to find exactly what I needed. They have self-checkout, which I used, mainly because I couldn't find someone at the checkout counter.

Ridiculous wait times. There can be no one in the store and you still have to wait 2-3 hours. Need more staff.

No one in line and I was instructed to self check out. Staff talking and standing behind the counter looking like they had no interest in being there or helping customers!

I use too love the CVS on Hogansville Rd and now I am changing pharmacy. I was left on hold for 15 minutes hung up called back no answer and called back no answer, wasted 35 minutes trying to reach someone. I finally get a person and I get told to drive to CVS all I wanted to do was update my insurance, then I get told to use the App. I finally get my medicine and I told them multiple times the syringes did not look like my normal B-12 syringes they insured me they were correct syringes and they weren’t (the needles look like they are an inch long)and now they tell they aren’t returnable. There not even opened ( I only opened 1 and I have 11 unopened) Never again! HORRIBLE! The way I was spoken too was unacceptable I have been a patient for 6 years. In the photo my syringe is the small one on the left, they told me they had changed companies. All I could see in the store is the packaged syringe. Why would anyone need a needle that long for a B-12 shot
