Dollar General at 24 Pyne Road in LaGrange, Georgia used to be a great place to shop. It is now a dirty store that you cannot get around things stacked in the isles. They say it's a shipment however they can't possibly have shipments every day. Clean it up so shoppers will start coming back. It's a shame to see the parking lot empty. Get a manager in there that will work to clean it up! We need this store out here!

This one cashier who worked 10/22/23 opening need more than one customer service lesson. She is rude and not friendly at all. She even had the nerve to roll her eyes when I asked her if the store was open. Fortunately I've been in retail management way longer than she has and I'm contacting the HR office for their region because this lady is rude EVERY time to everybody.

Credit card machine has been down for 8 days. When I ask the cashier when it will be fixed, she gets an attitude ?. I shouldn't have to drive to a different store just to use my debit card. Get it together dg, smh

They are never organized, although they are friendly and provide good service. It's just a hassle trying to get into the isles at the store and honestly not even worth the hassle to go in there unless u need something from the front of the store.

Store is a wreck. Bathroom is nasty. Floor has not been mopped. Paper towels are in mop bucket. Have to zig zag everywhere here and there. Can't find anything. People bringing guns in, very visible. No one says a word! Don't feel safe! Cashier was nice and friendly is the only reason I gave it 1 star!
