Starting to seem a little racist against white people lately , I shop here week 2 to 3 times a week and it's slowly getting replaced with kids who won't stock, always on their phones and treat white customers like garbage, they barely even talk to me , or anyone else my color in line , don't address us when we walk up , don't say anything the whole transaction even unless you as the customer start to first, and usually they act like they don't even care to talk to you, I might have to find me a new hobby shopping place , it's a shame they had a good crafts section until recently when it stopped getting stocked

This Brand new DG is going downhill fast!!, The New GM, cuts all the peoples hrs that were actually working and stocking , to replace them with , lazy kids with no motivation or customer service , i am an avid customer of this place and literally shop here everyday, spending hundreds sometimes over a thousand a month here , somethings gotta give or i and many other customers i know that frequent there will just boycott the place and go to the other ones,, and im not one for reviews , but i notice i am seeing less and less of the hard workers like the brunette older lady with the glasses , or the other lady with the short hair or Ms.April, and seing the shelves just run dry now along with the customer service, seems to me the new GM might be biast in which complexion she has under wings , well she needs to snap out of it , or she will get reported to corporate for her behavior , not to mention , me nor any other customers i know have seen her there except for like 1 day since she got there ....

Nothing I bought scanned as the price that was on the shelf. Same barcode. Paints say $1 but rang up $1.50. craft wire says $3 rang up $4.50, annoying won't be back

Staff are nowhere to be seen when you need to check out. The shelves are rarely stocked. Also, make sure to check the expiration date of whatever you buy. Their shelves are full of out of date stuff ranging back to months

waited at the wrong register. they weren't going to tell me I was at the wrong register. I waited until the line was done with my service dog. I bought the wrong drink. brought it back in. no one was at the register. I brought my receipt in. the same lady that checked me out accused me of stealing. I put the wrong drink in that cost the same as the right drink. she followed me out to my car.
I showed her my receipt. she goes, it looks like you're stealing I said I had my receipt and put the wrong drink in the machine.
she goes you got to wait.
whoever these new people are need to be re trained. I come in here almost every day with no problems. this is the first time I've brought my service dog because I'm out running errands and the first time I've ever had problems.
every single dollar general, doesn't matter what city what town, they do not like service dogs.
