Terrible, sometimes a dark-skinned lady helps me, I don't speak English but I translate on the phone and I know it can be tedious for them to read but I don't come here to ask for charity, I'm paying for a service and the lady refuses to see my translator and he speaks loudly to me, ignoring that I tell him that I don't speak English, I feel that he is discriminating against me for not speaking English, he gets angry and goes inside without telling me anything. But the hell I come back and repeat, I'm not asking for charity, I'm paying for a service.

I wouldn't recommend ppl sending me packages through FedEx Ex they'll really slow and you may get the package a day or 2 after the date was given

Required Signature Shipment with FedEx
I had a terrible experience with FedEx delivery this time because I had to sign to receive my package. I was used to having easy-going deliveries for packages that didn’t require a signature, but this time it was just a nightmare!
I ordered a phone for my wife on August 7th. The first shipment failed three times, with FedEx saying that no one was present at the address to sign for the package. However, my wife was home at the time of each delivery, and she never heard the doorbell ringing or a knocking on the door. I called FedEx to try to schedule a pickup, but the representative told me it wasn’t possible. I even went to the FedEx warehouse to try to pick it up, but when the agent checked, he said that my package had already been shipped back to the sender!
To make matters worse, my wife’s phone line was deactivated on August 8th, and we needed this phone so she could reactivate her line. I called my dealer, and they sent another phone. Again shipped via FedEx on August 20th. We tried to be more vigilant this time to make sure we didn’t miss the package again.
The first delivery attempt for the second phone failed for the same reason and under the same circumstances. I called FedEx to ask why the driver didn't call or ring the bell, and the representative told me that they don’t call, but they would put a note for the driver to ring the bell. The second delivery attempt was scheduled for Saturday, August 24th, before 1 pm. I was home, watching from the window to catch the FedEx driver. Around noon, I saw the FedEx truck parking in front of the building. I rushed to grab my ID and put on some shoes, but as soon as I stepped outside, I saw the truck leaving. My wife, who was watching from the window, told me that the driver just took a picture of the building from his truck and left without even stepping out!
I immediately called FedEx to try to get him back, but the representative was unhelpful, repeatedly saying that the delivery was rescheduled for the next day. On the third delivery attempt, which was the sixth attempt in total for this package, FedEx said it would arrive on Sunday, August 25th, before the end of the day. I called them in the morning to see if there would be a specific time, but the representative just told me it would be anytime before 5 pm. Great, I moved my sofa in front of the window to watch the road and wait for the delivery. Fortunately, my window faces the road; otherwise, I would have had to sit outside in 92-degree heat to catch the driver.
While I was waiting, I had to go to the bathroom, so I asked my daughter to watch for the truck while I was gone. Suddenly, the FedEx truck arrived, and my daughter started screaming and banging on the bathroom door to let me know. I ran out, still pulling up my shorts, hurrying to catch the driver before he leaves. Thankfully, we managed to catch him, and we finally got the phone after 18 days.
My only question is: why won’t FedEx drivers ring the bell or knock on the door to deliver a package? Wouldn’t it be much easier if they did so?

Driver stole Apple Watch and forged my signature in which the named was spelled in correctly my mother sat at my driveway and watched him pass and never stopped at my house yet it was delivered and I’m supposed to receive photo verification of delivery which I did not get. Security supposed called me to investigate and stated there’s no way somebody would do that. This is the second incident. FedEx needs shut down you lowlife pos stealing from those who work hard to afford what we got.

The worst kind of people work here. All lazy and untrained. Can’t do a delivery right. If you train a monkey it will be a better delivery driver than FedEx drivers that work here.

This is by far the worst experience that I have ever encountered for any shipping service ever! I released my signature for the package to be dropped off and left at the front of my apartment door and the driver still did not deliver the package. 3 days in a row; no delivery slip and no package. The driver did not even attempt to deliver the package. I called customer service and they basically did nothing but tell me that I had to drive 45 minutes to pick up the package. What’s the point of this “delivery” service if they don’t even do the bare minimum? I drove to grab the package and the driver took the package out again even though they were not supposed to take it back out that day. The only positive was the woman at the front desk was pleasant to interact with. Avoid this place at all cost. If you see the company uses FedEx, just find another place that sells that product. This place is a nightmare.

I ordered another product from the same seller again. This time I pre-signed for the package hoping they would deliver this package. What a surprise.... they still won't deliver the package. How is this FedEx still around? The people hardly do their job. I called FedEx and the international person told me "The package wasn't delivered because no one was around to sign for it." It is like talking to a wall. Hopefully the seller stops using FedEx to deliver. Also, there is no way to contact this specific FedEx location which is ironic cause the one in Auburn has a phone number.

I would rate FedEx service in this area as zero if I could. For two days, I stayed at home to receive a package and for two days, FedEx claims they tried to deliver … as I sat there at home! No package, no tag, no knock on the door, nothing. Customer Service refused to give me the phone number of Dispatch so you can’t even talk to a person. UPS doesn’t have this problem. Nor DHL. FedEx response was “Drive 40 miles and pick it up from our shipping center.” What’s the point of paying for shipping if they won’t actually deliver the package? Terrible.

Purchased a mothers day gift and it was delivered to my mom's next door neighbors house instead of her house, which spoiled the surprise of what I got her (I had to send her the delivery photo to see if it matched up with her neighbors porch). Apparently you need to get signature confirmation on deliveries since the drivers can't read clearly marked house numbers.

Never had a problem with lost packages until now . That's why I gave them the two stars and that's giving grace because things happen.
But how are you going to deliver my package to the wrong address and then send me a Pic and email saying it was signed for ?
My house is very green and where they left it at is clearly blue . And still hold a investigation which in my book is a waste of time when the proof is in the picture oh and not to mention when I called to track it the numerical part of my address couldn't be found !!

Had to wait About 10 minutes for workers to fill a large shipment that came just before us. That was fine as the staff was friendly in telling us what was going on. Got my packages shipped as needed. Thanks
