I purchased a truck for my husband as a Christmas gift but unbeknownst to myself came with some headache and rage inducing issues. Just a couple that could set anyone off honestly. Warranty company sent me to these guys. Reviews say it's iffy however they are under new management and Jay, the new general manager of course told me I'd most likely have to take the truck to the dealership but still bring it in to look and verify. He communicated everything with me and all it was was last mechanic to work on it did not tighten bolts. Truck also had missing bolts I found out about before taking it to them. Staff was extremely friendly. They made everything easy from understanding problems, potential problems as well as what steps to take next. They were absolutely awesome in everything from personal engagement to the handling of my truck. All this done with a sinus migraine I was fighting at the time. Other mechanics at other places do more picking and playing with me I noticed where as they were upfront and straight to the point while making me feel heard and kinda like family. Will most certainly take any future issues I may have to them. I'm happy I got to meet their new GM. Jay, you and your staff are awesome and again thank you for everything. You all made my week better versus the time I was having with this truck.

Gerber, Collision & Glass took care of me this past month when I had a small fender bender. They were amazing with keeping me updated on my car, Josh called throughout the week to let me know the progress and did a phenomenal job. They even had my car done a week before when it was planned to be ready. Awesome customer service, the lady at the front desk is super sweet and helpful! I would definitely recommend them & trust them with my vehicle!

I have nothing but great things to say about this team. Accidents are high stress, But they took care of me all along the way. Not only did I get my car back fast, they kept me up-to-date the entire time. They earned my trust and they will forever be my go to from now on. To make long story short this place screwed us so bad. Ex. $634.00 for one headlight come on, I took car for quote and waited for it, instead they took upon there self to go ahead and do the work because they knew they could screw us and insurance and get a way with it. $15,000 in repair and that's only the front of the vehicle. No mechanical issues except a sensor had to be replaced. They charged exactly fifty + or minus fifty under cost to total which I find real convenient for them. I never gave the go ahead to do the work nor my wife which is the owner of the vehicle and she did not either. The staff in the office was completely unprofessional in my opinion and they have cost me unnecessary amounts with my insurance which now has dropped me due to their over charge bull prices. The team should be revaluated and looked at closely. I know some of not all the parts installed didn't match the prices given. Would love to show receipt if there is questions about they.
If you read the reply from them, it says they contacting me but they have not in fact this response is the only thing that has been done and it took weeks! Also I got another $762.00 charge from them after claim closed that's real odd and no body will tell me what for. Like to add after this BS we got dropped from insurance, guess they bottomed out amount insurance wanted to pay, so don't let them sound good telling you they'll fix everything because the more they charge the more likely you'll have to get new insurance! It was funny that when we confronted AUTO OWNERS they dropped us, it looks like insider business going on. I RECOMMEND: FRANK'S COLLISION FOR YOUR REPAIRS THEY WERE GREAT LAST TIME I USED THEM, they keep you informed the whole process. And for insurance we have swapped to allstate we'll see how it goes at half the price as Auto owners, ALREADY STARTING OFF BETTER.
There was no reaching out from anyone so that my friend is just another example of how bad the business is.

I know there are mixed reviews for Gerber Collision & Glass. However, I have only had great experiences with the quality of their service and repair work. Most recently, my Honda Ridgeline was in a 7 vehicle fender bender on I-20 eastbound out of Atlanta. I had obvious front end damage and what appeared to be minor rear bumper damage. Josh Bozeman, the Gerber estimator, was courteous and knowledgeable. There was no paint damage, and the distorted grill, and front fenders could be popped back into place with only heel of the hand pressure. Josh replaced all broken fender clips and trim clips around both front wheel wells. Once he determined that there was no structural damage to the rear bumper, only a cosmetic cut that didn’t require replacement, I opted not to get a new bumper. Josh gave an honest assessment of the damage and made it look like new with no charge to me or USAA.
In addition, about two years ago, I hit a deer and the front of this same Ridgeline had significant damage. USAA again sent me to Gerber, who did an excellent repair job. The fit and finish was flawless. So, my experience with this particular Gerber shop in LaGrange has been outstanding.

The manager Tim went above and beyond to aquire the parts to repair my classic car correctly. It took longer than I would have liked but it was worth the wait. Amanda at reception kept me updated a minimum of twice weekly! My car looks better than I ever dreamed it would.

When life throws punches, Gerber Collision & Glass was there for me. I hoped it wouldn't be evaluated as a total loss, but the people who assess the damages went over the car with a fine toothed comb. The technicians were efficient and thorough. The front desk staff went out of their way to be super helpful. I absolutely recommend this company for damage repair of one's vehicle.

I had a wonderful experience with the glass center part of this company. Brooke went above and beyond to help with ordering my glass, and helping me find a solution to work while we waited on my glass. She kept me informed, made a ton of phone calls, and truly cared about getting my vehicle fixed. Kody crash wrapped my vehicle, and even washed windows that were not there for repair. I haven't had anyone since moving to Georgia go above and beyond in customer service. I can't say enough good things about this place. I will come back here if I need anymore glass replacements.
