I had a wonderful experience with the glass center part of this company. Brooke went above and beyond to help with ordering my glass, and helping me find a solution to work while we waited on my glass. She kept me informed, made a ton of phone calls, and truly cared about getting my vehicle fixed. Kody crash wrapped my vehicle, and even washed windows that were not there for repair. I haven't had anyone since moving to Georgia go above and beyond in customer service. I can't say enough good things about this place. I will come back here if I need anymore glass replacements.

I was referred by my husband's family who told me there experiences are always great the staff is fast efficient and friendly so I decided to give them a try everything was going great until the young worker Stephen who was suppose to be washing my car went in my car in my belongings and stole $50 and what makes matters worse I called to report the incident and they have no records of me nor my car in there system which makes absolutely no sense because I received a service and I paid for the service. So I'm out of my money and Stephen will not receive any consequences for stealing my belongings.I will no longer go to this establishment as well as I will be contacting corporate about this issue.

Took three weeks to get appointment just to receive estimate. My vehicle had hail damage covered by insurance. Additional damage was not covered and I was going to pay out of pocket for the uncovered portion. The rep didn’t seem to want to deal with me because it wasn’t a 100% insurance claim. Said they would be in contact and send PDR guy out to my house but they never did. Not sure I’ll ever go back there.Services: Body & Trim

Terrible I will never use them again or refer anyone to them. My accident was on 1029, I went in they did the estimate, was told me to keep my car until all parts were in, ok understood. After several calls and about 5 weeks later we got the call that the parts were there when we were initially told it would only take days but ok still understanding. Then now what is this 1 day from February and we still don't have our car(we are waiting on parts that we supposedly waited on for 5 weeks. No communication but a text saying car is almost ready and its not! I drive there everyday and the car has not moved. They have to have caller ID because they dont answer my calls after I was told I dont have to keep calling. I can call from other numbers and get answers but they wont answer from mine. This is terrible I would never refer anyone here ever!Service: Body & Trim

They are not nice on the phone or good with communication. In fact, 90% of the time they don’t answer the phone at all. They are quick to total and to threaten a total to customers calling to check on vehicles. They don’t store vehicles properly or with care. Bad record keeping re: tow in, authorizations, keys, etc. 0/10 would not recommend.

Terrible communication from management. Stayed persistent with questions and management seemed to become very agitated and disrespectful. Not very friendly

Poor communication throughout the entire process. Management doesn't seem to care about anything. Always had an excuse as to why they couldn't meet the deadline.
