I wouldn’t send my good looking husband, son, brother, or hell even dad into this location. Seems the employee (I’m sure she calls herself a manager) shawna. C. Will definitely try to make a few advances at them, she is clearly a little desperate for some attention and seeks it thru her customers no matter the age. She is very VERY “helpful”. So professional.

GNC in LaGrange is by far the worst store ever! Customer service is seriously lacking and the customer service you call is just as bad. I would rather buy what I need on Amazon. At least I will get the right product or a refund when I receive the wrong product. Amazon even has better prices.

Today I am having to go back in the store in person for the third time on top of calling customer service 8 times all because GNC shipped me the wrong products. At first I only wanted to exchange them for what I ordered but after three failed attempts I requested a refund. I have yet to receive that. I've wasted 5 hours of my time doing all the leg work trying to get them to fix their mistake. Not only has GNC stolen my money more than that they have stolen my joy. Only the devil can steal a person's joy. So I can only conclude that GNC is the devil. Anyone that wants to keep their money and joy stay away from GNC at all cost.

I can confirm that my father's joy has been robbed from him. He is now on antidepressants and sees a therapist weekly.

The employees know nothing about nutrition. When we asked today where the ginseng was located, the associate wanted to know how to spell it. If you need something go to another store not the one in Lagrange. I dont know how they got the ratings that are on here but I have never been in that store when the associate seemed to even have a clue about what they sold.

I ordered products online and received the wrong products. The invoice clearly said return to any store to exchange for correct products. After an hour in the store all I got was a phone number for customer service. Called them and got an "approval" number to exchange products at the store. Again went in store and another 45 minutes later I was told I may have better luck at another GNC store. I finally requested a refund that I'm still waiting for, well past the 3-5 business days I was told it would take. I will never do business with any GNC again. Online or in store. Customer service is complete garbage.

I don't know what it is about GNC but everyone I go to, the sales people hover like thier afraid I am going to steal something..and they hardly every have what need.
