It's bad enough the majority of the products break after one use. But now they've started blaring their music on the store speakers like it's a nightclub or something. Who wants to be forced to listen to loud music they didn't choose while shopping for stuff that will definitely break? Not me, not at all.

Love this place, it’s like Hobby Lobby for men. Great customer service, I looked lost and one of the employees help me find everything I want in for.

Great place shop and work I think not when you have a violent supervisor in charge and he gave me the worst customer service I have ever received I thought Harbor Frieght Tools was family friendly store I guess I was wrong wont be shopping here again.

Great customer service!I bought a Bauer sander, and it was defective. They replaced it twice. So great customer service, but it’s bad that the first two products I got were definitely defective! Maybe it would be good to do some quality assurance for the products!
