Worst Home Depot in the country and I travel all over. Never have what you need in stock even if app says they do. Said they had 8 of what I needed and they only had one dusty piece of it way in the back of the shelf. We need a Lowes!

Don’t goto Home Depot in LaGrange GA. The entire staff is rude and not helpful. The book keeper is incompetent at her job. If you accidentally take your card out prematurely and get charged twice for the transaction don’t expect for Home Depot to give you your money back. You will have to jump through hoops just to get your money back.

Went this afternoon to purchase a new weed eater didn't have one in the locking cabinet employee just stand there I pulled up inventory on the particular weed eater said they had 41 in stock he pulled up the inventory and said they had 43 in stock finally found one one isle over way up on the top shelf and he proceeds to tell me, I ain't going up there to get it I said so how we going to get it he said I don't know but I ain't doing it. You can't make this stuff up. It's really Hilarious how some people can be just plain sorry . Went to Lowes got what I needed Thanks Home Depot.

So the website lies it will tell you it’s in store but when you get there they tell you you have to order the part so I go to the service desk and the lady there was rude disrespectful unprofessional I will drive 45 minutes away to go to Lowe’s from here on out and would suggest everyone do the same

Horribly run store. Can never get anyone to help and nothing is ever in the right place. My husband and I hand loaded 50 bags of concrete(60 lbs each). We couldn’t find anyone to put the pallet in the trailer. Go to builder’s first instead.
