**** CAUTION **** READ BEFORE PURCHASE*** CAUTION * June 1, 2023 I purchased a 2013 Mercedes SL550 from this dealer. I asked many questions over the phone, as I live in Jacksonville, Fl. The vehicle was priced competitively to other vehicles. I understand its 10 year old car with 90,000 miles. The owner told me it was his fathers car. So when I asked about issues with the vehicle I was told his father drives it ever day. He did inform me of some very minor items. I asked about the tires, he said he'd send me the inspection report he had. The dealer was very friendly and offered to deliver the vehicle, not free I paid the drivers. So let me explain why i say caution, I had my mechanic check it out the vehicle simple because I do this for maintenance purpose so to bring everything current. Once my mechanic (Atlantic Imports, Jacksonville , Fl ) looked the vehicle over this is the result.1) Major Oil Leak, required dropping the front A Frame, which means motor out. replace entire wiring harness, along with 3 pulleys including belt. Water pump was leaking so replaced that also. ECM, they drilled couple small holes and let it sit to drain the oil out for 3 days. Reassembled. That repair was $10,3002) Brakes, completely shot all the way around. Down to the rivets. I purchased new brake pads and rotors. R&R Brakes including new fluid. This repair $26003) Tires, slick as a babies butt, purchased new tires and installed, this repair $16004) Could not figure out why the lane assist wasn't working along with several other safety features along with trunk releasing but not going up or closing electronically. Found out there were several wiring issues. This repair $26005) I asked about massage seats in the car, which there is a button you push to select. The dealer stated he wasn't sure the vehicle had massage seats. I asked him to check, he didn't think vehicle had this option. It does, simply did not work. This repair was another $2175. while the seat was out I had the seat repair man fix the seat cover which he told me about and had the seats redyed another $1100. Keep in mind I only fixed driver side massage, another $2100 to fix passenger.6) Another issues he lacked to inform me about was the messed up front bumper, it needed to be repainted. Just a mere $1100To wrap this up when I told the dealer about these issues, he said I purchased the vehicle for wholesale, so I went to Carmax, they offered $15,000. So I was stuck, fix or loose the vehicle for a great financial lose. Personally there was no reselling to another person and lie to them about the issues I can't do that. How this guy sleeps at night I don't know. But would I tell anyone buying from Interstate to tread cautiously and definitely look else were because the truth is not part of there business plan. so my $29,000 great deal is now a $49,375 car that is valued at about $28,000 on a good day. For $49,000 I can buy a 2019 model car.*******BEWARE ****** BEWARE ******** BEWARE *********

I normally don’t give reviews. But I absolutely could not give them a great review!!! They deserve all five stars. We bought several cars from them, and they have all been outstanding. When we’ve had a concern, they were addressed immediately and have gone out of their way to help!!! They are straightforward, honest which I really appreciate!!! We look forward to buying more cars in the future!!!

My husband bought a used Chevy last summer. We had problems/check engine lights as soon as we got it home, but interstate motors had us bring the car back and they did minor repairs themselves.Unfortunately here we are barely 1 year later, and the engine is going out. I wish we would have returned it from the start, because now we still have to pay off a car we can’t drive.Please have your vehicles inspected independently. Save yourself the financial struggles we now have.

I have never purchased from an independent dealer before, always a chain 'dealership' but these guys were so friendly & helpful, AND had the exact car I was looking for priced well below other dealers. I assumed they would make up for it with dealership fees, but nope, not at all. They didn't bawk about me wanting to have it inspected by my mechanic, in fact, they had it pulled around and full of gas when they knew I was coming to take it to get inspected. Very pleased with the experience, and I hope I don't need to purchase another car in the future, but if i do, it will be with Interstate Motors, hands down!

I cannot say enough good things about this place.My husband searched for MONTHS for a used Dodge Challenger V8- locally, we couldn’t find anything. We stumbled across Interstate Motors through Carfax. Given that we were three & a half hours away, we were EXTREMELY NERVOUS because we’ve had plenty experience with cars salesman’s not being honest or upfront.Interstate Motors is exceptionally honest & a quality dealership.They had two opportunities to sell it before we could even get there but they didn’t on the premise we would be there on a Thursday (spoke to Greg Tuesday afternoon to wrap up financing questions with being out of state & using my own bank).We got to La Grange at 1 am- arrived at their lot by 830 after getting a few hours of sleep. Car was ready for us to test drive, clean, maintenance done. They didn’t push us or use tactics- let us drive the vehicle & make our own decision. Told us the issue with one of the tires (more to this later) before we even drove it.We were happy with the car, so we signed the dotted line. Financing was a breeze & being out of state, Greg figured all our tax fees so we could add to our loan without paying more out of pocket. THERE WAS NO HIDDEN DEALER FEES! Price was what the price was.After returning home, we received everything we needed to title the car in our state that they had prepared for us (thoroughly impressed because there is so much to this process) & they even SHIPPED US A REPLACEMENT RIM, yes, a rim. They sent it two day shipping after hearing it was cracked when we went to the tire shop.Who does that?! Not a dealership within 100 miles of us.We appreciate Greg & his entire staff. And to be honest, I’d drive back in a heartbeat when I’m in the market for a vehicle again.

Amazing people with amazing cars and service! Was looking at getting a q50 and found interstate motors. I live about 2 hours away so it was kind of a turn down for me because so many dealers flat out lie just to get you in the door. Not this place. They told me the good and the bad and left it to me to decide. They were fair and even installed new brakes all the way around because they were getting worn down. Process was smooth and simple. Got me an amazing interest rate and out the door extremely fast. Would definitely recommend.

My wife and I were looking for a vehicle for our teenage daughter. We found one online at Interstate Motors. When we arrived Don was polite and honest with us. He allowed us to test drive several vehicles. When we found one we liked he had it inspected and made minor repairs BEFORE selling us the car. I recommend this dealership to anyone searching for a vehicle. They have quality cars with great prices.

I've never bought a car from a car lot. Greg made the experience so easy for me. He helped me through the whole process. Check engine light was on and it was showing check fuel cap. He ordered a fuel cap right then and there. It was replaced before I drove the car off the lot. However, when the check engine light came on again the next day showing check fuel cap. I contacted Greg. He told me to bring my car back in and they would fix it. They not only fixed the issue, but Greg had one of his drivers bring the car to me when I didn't have a way to go pick up the car. Buying a vehicle from these guys. You will not be disappointed!!!

They are really reasonable, caring, thoughtful and Don is a great salesman. They gave us free oil change put gas in the car and promised to touch up a surface scratch on my truck. And they were able to squeeze in a 2 year warranty.Thanks again Interstate Motors.

The staff are professional and truly care about you before and after you buy.My wife and I are very please with our purchase, they completed a few minor problems without any cost to us, not many dealers will do that for you, believe me I know that first hand.

Bought a car and not even 7 months in I have had to do 1,000 worth of work then got told it needs about 3,000 worth of more work. Hasn’t even been a full 10 months yet. Baby don’t waste your time go somewhere else. They really put on a good show saying how they could try to give me something else with 0 down and the decided to never even communicate back after days. It took the guys at Lagrange Toyota on the Parkway to give me the real scoop on my car when trading it in to get out of the contract. Never buy a car from them without getting it checked first or have a code reader with you. If smile in your face was a place this is it
