Aways loved Kroger Pharmacy in the past for their Great Service. Atlanta Kroger. BUT not this one. Arrogant and RUDE. Don't care about their patents at all. It's like an inconvenience to even do business with you. Horrible Customer Service.

I ordered a cake and the cake baker called off work. Tammy was absolutely wonderful and gave me a discount on a ready made cake. And the cake was moist and delicious. Thanks Tammy for A+ customer service

They will take your money with on line pickup!!! I ordered a 32oz frozen Tilapia $6.99....they subbed 2-12oz....which they charge me $4.99 each!!!! when it clearly said they would charge equal or lower price for the substitution!!! They screwed me out of my money!!!!

Too few lanes. Wait way too long in the line to check out. I feel sorry for the two cashiers and baggers they have staffed!

No I do not recommend. Every time meat is on special you never get it if you do pickup. I have requested a callback about my pickup order 2 weeks ago and no response after they left my items out and my order was not ready at pickup time and I received a text it was ready from app . I had to come back and pick up they items left out the next day. I had a total of 3 trips. Now this week it’s the same thing I get a text to pickup and app said it’s ready . They call me when I check in and say that it’s not ready could be 15 mins or more they are short staffed. FYI I got my order after 30 mins of waiting . If you are going to do pickup you need to have the people to do it or have mangers to help out. I never have this problem with Publix . I have seen their managers handling pickup.

This is the worst Kroger I have ever shopped in. Always out of multiple items. I know they'll use COVID as an excuse but the other local stores don't have this issue. I shop there for the gas discounts and coupons they mail us but after my experience today I'm done.

We were running a well 3 hours past our pickup time and rushing to the store, when we received a call (used Clicklist countless but never gotten a call). At first I was ready to hear an angry or at least a partly frustrated voice - but rather, they were just trying to give us a reminder call. When we finally reached the store and I apologized for the delay, a staff named Laura said that they try were just trying to be thoughtful since they realize many families have more things to take care of. It gave me the warm fuzzies to encounter such considerate service in midst of rough pandemic times - this is definitely a Kroger that goes above and beyond in our experience!

Train their service counter how to smile, be polite, and apologize when they abruptly change their policies! Yesterday was a disaster in more ways than one!

This pharmacy has really gone downhill. Today I had a horrible experience with Rachel. She was incredibly unprofessional and rude. She hassled me because I live in Atlanta, GA and brought a prescription from my dentist in Duluth, GA (which IS also Atlanta) and said she "didn't feel right" about filling it....huh?? I then asked her to call the dentist and verify it if she felt like something was amiss. She finally agreed to call and she ended up filling it. Why didn't she just call and verify it in the first place and not cause a scene? It was very embarrassing to be talked to and treated this way especially with other people all around. She made it seem like I was trying to do something sketchy. I have never experienced this level of unprofessionalism. The other workers were very helpful, but Rachel is a nightmare and they will lose business because of her.

LaGrange, GA Kroger Pharmacy: LOST HANDWRITTEN DOCTORS PRESCRIPTION!!! BEWARE OF INCOMPETENCY!!!! I went to pickup other meds around 1:00pm and gave the clerk a handwritten doctors prescription to come back for later. She said should be ready 3:00pm. I came back a little after 5:00pm. Should've been plenty of time...right? A different clerk said they didn't have record of a prescription to be filled for me. I showed my others meds from previous visit, the receipt with the previous clerks name on it. Nothing! He went to get the Pharmacy Manager Rachel. She said they had looked everywhere and didn't have a prescription to be filled for me. SMH!! Naturally I'm upset, my doctor is closed on Fridays. This prescription that was left was dated 09/2018, Prescriptions are good for a year. I preceded to tell her all this and I had another one from March, I'd run home to get. I told her that when I come back I was going to wait there at the window until it was filled. She said ok that would be fine. This is the least they could do. (This is happening through the drive thur...the wait is anywhere between 15-30 minutes if a few cars are ahead of you) I go home and come back, wait my turn. Give the 2nd prescription dated 03/2019 to the clerk, he walked away came back said it would be 30 minutes. I said ok...but I'm not moving. He's looking at the cars waiting. I told him when I spoke with Rachel earlier, she had said ok to this. He goes gets Rachel. She tells me I need to move to the parking lot area. She's caught amnesia. I reminded her of our conversation earlier and told her I wasn't moving until my prescription was filled. How do I know they wouldn't lose this one? She told me she was going to call the store manager. I told her to go ahead I wanted to talk with them. They lost my doctors prescription. She's hollering at this point, she was going to call the police. I said good I'd talk with them too. She stormed to the back in rage saying something and picking up the phone. I thought...really!?! Is this the way a customer should be treated? This is not my first time having problems with them but the first time being threatened. I'll just move my business else where. I waved down the clerk, told him if he would get my prescription I'd move my business to another pharmacy! (Best decision ever!) The store has video right?Could they not have pulled the footage to see where my prescription went? I think they shredded it because of the date...BUT the prescription was still good!!! If I'd waited on the police they would've had to call a tow truck to move me. This would've taken a good hour or so! (BEEN WELL WORTH THE TOW FEES!!!) Wouldn't it had been easier just to fill the prescription? YOU LOST MY OTHER ONE! So as you give them your prescriptions don't be surprise when you go to pick it up and they have no record OR they need to call your doctor and you need to make another trip back to Kroger's....THEY PROBABLY LOST YOURS TOO!!!
