Just had to switch. After being a customer for many years i went to get much needed medicine and was told they simply don't have it. I waited a week just to be told this so now im out of medicine that could be life altering for me. Changing pharmacies today.

Pharmacy closes for lunch at 1 pm. I'm next up at 12:54 pm and I'll be damned if they didn't hurry up and close that shade down 6 minutes til 1. What kind of bs is that?

Aways loved Kroger Pharmacy in the past for their Great Service. Atlanta Kroger. BUT not this one. Arrogant and RUDE. Don't care about their patents at all. It's like an inconvenience to even do business with you. Horrible Customer Service.

Pharmacy is understaffed. They can’t handle the volume of prescriptions no matter how hard they work. Pharmacy employees and customers suffer.

I refuse to do business with Kroger pharmacy but I have family that does and from my experience most of the staff have attitude problems and their customer service sucks. I've had them tell me to come back in 2 hours and then something went wrong with the computer and then I've been told they dont no what happened until finally admitting they forgot to put petscription in system. Mind you all this happened on the same day and it took 6 hours to finally get it filled and I live out of town. It's like they dont care and its always something with this pharmacy. I tell people not to use them let another pharmacy bank off that insurance money!

Went to pick up my prescriptions— I asked the pharmacy personnel if the prices on my prescriptions were the best available or did we need to look at GoodRX. Pharmacy person said, “we’ll these two are only $20 I think that’s pretty good.” That was not the question and I did not appreciate the lazy responses given to my by the Kroger Pharmacy personnel. Maybe when they are on a fixed income, they will understand when someone asks a legitimate, civil question— they should respond in kind. Very disappointed. I will continue to shop for a pharmacy that treats customers with respect.

The pharmacy employee's are very rude !! When you call they never answer the phone when you need to speak to someone and not the automated system. . And if you by chance do finally get them to answer the phone the are very rude and rush you off the phone . But they don't get in a rush to fill your prescription when you bring one in !!!!! Lost my business for sure and a call to corporate office will be made. They need a whole new staff with customer service training ?

We switched to Kroger Pharmacy for the lower price but I am really thinking paying more is worth it! Their service is really bad this week and I’m just not happy at all with them!!

This is the worst Kroger I have ever shopped in. Always out of multiple items. I know they'll use COVID as an excuse but the other local stores don't have this issue. I shop there for the gas discounts and coupons they mail us but after my experience today I'm done.

I used to love Kroger Pharmacy when my son was young they saw he was ill, put us to the side, gave us water and a cool cloth, and move his prescription to the front of the line. I'm a loyal shopper so I changed all my prescription needs to them after that point.Fast forward to 2020. They mis-filled a prescription for me giving me a qty 1 when it should've been a qty 3. I called back and guy told me no problem, he'd fill the other two. I never got a text so I went in. I was told I hadn't gotten the prescription since March (I had gotten the qty 1 in July) and there was nothing she could do. I'd have to call back another time and ask for the manager. So I call today and ask for the manager, she hung up on me by "accident." I called again and was put on hold for over 5 minutes. I had to hang up at that point because I'm at work and my work phone rang. They definitely just lost all my business. Customers are no longer a priority. All this over a vitamin B prescription.
