We purchased my daughter a brand new car from LaGrange Toyota back in May. The experience with Kate and her staff was beyond amazing! My daughter was a bit nervous but thanks to Kate, we left with no worries!! Thanks a million 10/10

I purchased a 2017 Ram 1500 Big Horn from Houston at Lagrange Toyota. It’s has only been two months and the radiator goes out and put me down on the side of the interstate. I call the warranty company they said have it towed to the nearest ram dealership and to my liking, I find out that the radiator was bad to begin with!!! They (Lagrange Toyota) did not do a full inspection on the vehicle. I then call Houston at LaGrange Toyota he never answered my phone call again! I then spoke with the sales manager Charlie Wise or however you spell his name and he was no assistance at all! He always promises to call back and it becomes days at a time! Yes the truck was as is but why would you sell me a warranty to a truck that was supposedly good to begin with! Because the radiator was bad in the beginning it over heated the engine and blew the head gasket which is going to cost 11,000$. I go to the ram dealership where the truck is and the value of the truck is only 6500$ I call the sales manager and he states there’s nothing he can do to make this right! I gave him three choices option 1. Put me into something else. Option 2. Get me out of the contract and give me my money back or option 3. I’ll seek legal counsel. He said I’ll call you back and once he called he said in order to get out of the agreement you’ll have to call credit acceptance. I then call they said it’s up to the dealership and they would be responsible for a vehicle that I’ve only had two months. I call the sales manager back and he said there’s nothing they can or will do I’m stuck with a truck that does not work they will not give me my money back and it’s over 11,000$ to fix the head gaskets on a truck that’s valuing $6500! Lagrange Toyota is wrong and I strongly recommending NO ONE to do business with them!!!! I’m still fighting for what is right and to be treated fairly. i then called Brandon Durath (GM) he told me out of 18 years ive never bought a contract back from any customer and it will not start today! So that answered my question, he could help me but CHOSE NOT TO HELP ME!!!! So i urge each customer to NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!!! THEY LOVE TO HID ISSUES AND NOT TELL YOU ABOUT THEM!!!! THE RAM TECH STATED THE RADIATOR SHOULD NOT HAVE LEAKED OUT LIKE IT DID AND WHEN THEY FOUND THE LEAK IT WAS A PATCHED JOB THAT THEY SHOULD HAVE CHANGED THE RADIATOR COMPLETELY. I SIMPLY WANTED TO GET MY DOWN PAYMENT BACK AND LEAVE THE DEAL AND THEY SAID NO!!!! AGAIN DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!!!! THEY ARE NOT HONEST OR INTEGRAL!!!!!!!

Service was done in a timely manner. Ben handled the procedure and there were no problems with my wife’s Highlander. It is 3 years old but only has 16,000 miles on it. We still bring it regularly for service. Ben was pleasant to work with and the service was finished and I was headed home in about an hour. Lagrange Toyota always does a great job on service.

A first time customer, I was referred to LaGrange Toyota by a retired, well-respected car dealer from here in Columbus. Specifically, I was encouraged to talk with Mr. Bobby Sabia. So, the emailing, phone calls and two visits to the business began. I wanted a specific truck that proved to be somewhat of a rarity. Mr. Sabia checked around and located at least two at other dealerships that, unfortunately, ended up not being available after all. No worries! He called me back and said they were ordering a truck like I wanted. It even ended up coming in earlier than expected! Between he and Mr. GW Marlow, the finance manager, the whole purchase was a breeze! I left Columbus about 2:15pm and was back here by 4:45pm with my new truck! {Without speeding. =) }
They answered all my questions and were super nice to deal with.
Now, I have no doubt my Toyota will last me a long, long time. But, I would not hesitate to buy another vehicle from LaGrange Toyota again.
Foot note: I've been on several car lots in the past couple of years where I walked around and read window stickers, kicked tires, etc...for quite a while without anyone so much as saying hello. That was NOT the case at LaGrange Toyota. Each of the two initial visits plus the third to get the truck, I was met by a friendly staff member within moments of my arrival.

From the moment we arrived at LaGrange Toyota, our Sales Consultant, Ryan Staple, greeted us warmly with a smile and handshake. We explained that we were looking for an SUV with 7–8 seats, and Ryan immediately showed us a Toyota Grand Highlander with 7 seats. When we asked about an 8-seater, Ryan confirmed they had one available—and that’s when he truly captured our attention.
Ryan then showed us a beautiful white 8-seater and invited us to take a test drive. The moment we drove the vehicle; it sparked our interest. When it came time to discuss pricing, we shared that the initial offer was beyond our budget and that we needed to wait. Ryan didn’t stop there—he immediately consulted with his Finance liaison, Stephen, and together they worked on a plan. Although we initially decided not to proceed, less than 30 minutes after leaving the dealership, Ryan called us back with an offer that fit our budget perfectly.
Thanks to Ryan’s persistence and Stephen’s expertise, we were able to purchase the vehicle we wanted at a price we could afford. Their professionalism, dedication, and genuine care for our needs made this experience outstanding.
Much appreciation to Ryan Staple, Stephen, and the entire Toyota team for going above and beyond!

They were so helpful. Purchased a lemon from Atlanta a year ago and they worked with me to get a good trade in for it. Ridge was very knowledgeable about the car he had recommended and it was the right car for me. Definitely will go back to them

Last week we bought a used car from LaGrange Toyota, and I have to give a big shoutout to Ryan Williams — hands down one of the best sales experiences we’ve had.
From the very first phone call, Ryan was chill, easy to talk to, and genuinely helpful. We had our eye on a specific 2024 RAV4 XLE we found online. Ryan tracked it down, took a detailed video of the inside and outside, and even noted that it still needed to be detailed (his standards for clean are pretty high!).
Before we even came in for the test drive, he sent over all the pricing details I needed to make a smart decision — no games, no pressure, just straightforward info. The whole experience was smooth from start to finish.

Beyond upset with our experience. To make a long story short, we were made to believe the vehicle passed maintenance inspection after questioning a few things initially. We trusted the report and reputation of Toyota and unfortunately were left paying much more after we made it home so it was safe and drivable for our 16 year old. Our local mechanic was appalled that it somehow passed inspection. Very sad. We work so hard for our money and spent so much time and research on this… was definitely a wake up call. We had talked about going back to LaGrange Toyota for another vehicle before this all occurred but that’s
definitely not gonna happen.
Update… purchased June 2025 it is now November 2025 and total spent to date is now up to $4k. Stupid.

I first met Steve Adamson a few months ago when I accompanied my daughter on her car buying adventure. She (and I) was super-satisfied with how well she was treated - no pressure, but tons of knowledge about Toyota vehicles. So, with that in mind, my husband and I sought out Steve when we decided to start looking for our own new car. We were extremely happy to do business with him as he bent over backward to help us during the negotiation and paperwork process. Again, no pressure but excellent service! We love our car and love working with Steve.
