Avoid this car lot. They provide unreliable vehicles and the sales team is untruthful. We are now facing problems with a faulty car due to their failure to properly inspect the vehicle.

I must advise against visiting this car lot. Our experience with Antonio, the salesman, was concerning from the start. He provided false information regarding the purchase price, gas fill-up, and vehicle reliability. Within three months, the battery failed, and the transmission malfunctioned after a year. With a remaining balance of $19,000, it appears the lot prioritizes sales over vehicle inspection and repair. Their business practices seem deceptive. He also replied that he could not help but i can trade it. Antonio's assurance of assistance with issues proved empty. Although I appreciate Toyota, I recommend avoiding the Value Lot. I hope Antonio's future sales efforts are unsuccessful.

So guys these people here are conmen, never step there you’d rather walk. I’m paying $55k for a Toyota that’s only worth 16k.
My credit was low so I paid 6k down for a Highlander and talked to Mr Lamar over at the store he promised that as long as I paid for a whole year consistently, even if my credit was low it would be okay but when I went back up there after a year he said they can’t do nothing because the credit is low. So now I can’t get out of it or anything I AM STUCK,

Some of the cars are nice looking but if you go online to check you may get a shock

Very nice, informative, and helpful staff even though they didn't have what I was looking for! Jason was a great guy to learn from

LaGrange Toyota is NOT somewhere you should shop!!! Bought a vehicle there and salesman Randy Kraus his full of lies and sales tricks. Mike Golden is even more so full of lies and is not there to put the customer first. With in the first 3 days of owning my vehicle I bought from them, I found over $2,000 worth of things that needed fixed! Example, no horn. How do you sell a vehicle with no working horn? To make it worse, they had no clue it did not work, and told me they'd fix it for over $500. Other simple things such as no windshield wiper cap for the tank. Something in my steering had to be fixed "immediately" according to an outside mechanic. I specifically asked while signing papers and purchasing process what would happen if I found something wrong. The quote I received was, "we have a reputation to uphold. We will hot leave you high and dry." Well, high and dry was exactly what I got when I came back with 4 problems found on my vehicle. I went round and round for hours on end just to get left high and dry. Do NOT shop here. I know this is a long review but I wish I would have seen a review similar to this before trusting them with my business. They suck, Randy and Mike are your typical sleazy salesman, and they do not deserve your business.

When we bought our car here, the salesman told us that we could get one car key free every year. When we went to get the key they told us that it was going to be $550 and that salesman was no longer with them.

I was looking into Toyota tacomas online and had gotten multiple calls after regarding my interest in the Tacoma. They had called while I was at working on the clock (I drive a large vehicle that's monitored for a living btw...). I had to hang up asap due to company rules and one of y'all's sales associate called back and left an angry and disrespectful voicemail. Maybe consider peoples time/day before jumping to conclusions and leaving angry emails. Very unprofessional and I never plan on shopping with anyone from here whatsoever.

Ah yes, I get it. No warranty given on a used car. But if you knowingly sell a car to someone with hidden or potential deficiencies, that's just wrong. You need to make things right guys because people do read reviews.

I purchased a vehicle there in 2018. I have enjoyed it a lot. The small issues I had was worked out to my liking. I will definitely purchase from LaGrane Toyota again.

Had the BEST experience with Kyle Ward and buying our new Hylander! He was super kind, honest, and got us in and out. These guys aren't the horrible car salesman you hear about. Definitely recommend!

They won’t give you near what your vehicle is worth but will sell you one that’s 3 or 4 times what it’s worth.Something wrong with this !!

It's expensive, considering it's on credit.
