I've had so many units over the years and i am so glad i found this. The owners as well as employees go above and beyond for their tenants. Uhaul was doing maintenance on their web site when I was trying to pick up the truck with the phone app. When the site finally came back up he had the paper work done and I was ready to go. No need for the app this time. I did use the app to drop off the truck, it worked that time No problems.”
