Mike put me at ease right away with his knowledge and expertise. The transfer went smoothly. I lost no data and it took about twenty minutes. If they had ten stars I would’ve given Mike a ten. I was very impressed with his professionalism and knowledge. Mike is a great asset to AT&T.”
