“The staff was awesome. Had an issue with a recent installed unit and the took it right back and fixed the issue and went as far to explain the whys and how to fix. This is my 2nd install, would not go anywhere else.”
“I bought a new iPhone and went to the AT&T store to have everything transferred from my old iPhone to my new iPhone. I was concerned about losing my pictures and other data during the transfer. Mike put me at ease right away with his knowledge and expertise. The transfer went smoothly. I lost no data and it took about twenty minutes. If they had ten stars I would’ve given Mike a ten. I was very impressed with his professionalism and knowledge. Mike is a great asset to AT&T.”
“A few weeks ago I stopped in the Lagrange Spectrum store to try and switch out some equipment and adjust my services to try and find a middle ground. Have things we need and also have things to occupy the family. With the wallet getting tighter by the day we just wanted to see if we had options.
Originally I was helped by one store associate but I had forgotten something and I had to come back. This was by divine intervention because when I came back I was helped by Brandi at the store. Originally I was just going to downgrade the equipment but after conversation and a few click of the computer to see what I had active she was able to drastically change my services to have what I wanted and needed and also helping put money back in my pocket. She was able to find a way to win for everyone.
With so many companies losing the focus on customer satisfaction, Brandi went above and beyond in what she did that day and provided the premier customer service. I’ve enjoyed Spectrum for the past 5 years and I didn’t want to make a change to something else. Brandi did her due diligence and asked the right questions and helped me out.
