The tall young man I always happen to get is always polite & quick & explains everything if I have questions, without seeming annoyed or bothered. He’s very funny & goes out of his way to make something as simple as a Amazon return or shipping to family & friends a real treat even when I’m dreading it, lol. The little blonde girl is kind too, though I have become a biased same-line-every-time offender. They get through lines quick whenever I’m there and are always working to make things right. Clean store, lovely people & a stress free experience. For a UPS store to go above and beyond nowadays with all the chaos, is such a blessing. Mail workers, no matter delivery or in store— are always under appreciated for how much they put up with. Good luck for the upcoming holidays. <3”
