Gate never works has been broke for months, no one is ever on site and I’ve had my unit broken into twice and they still haven’t increased security at all

Horrible don’t rent here place is not secure they sold me a unit with someone’s stuff still in it then tried to give me another unit at an up charge after they messed up this place is horrible so I left here and went to Lagrange climate storage on commerce and actually a bigger unit at a cheaper price and it’s clean top notch security excellent staff and you actually have someone to speak with in person I recommend going there Lagrange climate storage tell them DeMarcus sent you 10/10 recommend

I had a problem with the first unit I was assigned, trash and spilled soft drinks in a few spots, but after speaking with them a couple of times, they were able to get me to another unit that was satisfactory.

I have been with this company for 3 months. Just got a message that my rate is going up $21 already. On top of this the gate is open 24/7 bc they will not get it repaired. so on top of the rate increase I am not getting the services I am paying for. Customer service may as well be robots. looking for another facility now. Avoid at all cost.

I buy storage units that are up for auction got one there and was given wrong combo for lock on unit.. had to make a wasted trip over a hour away.. so instead of making 2 trips I had to make 3.... update...bought a 2nd unit from there combo worked this time..

Went to my storage unit I paid for and found a lock on it. They couldnt get the lock taken off until after the movers would get there.

I was robbed three times and red dot down in LaGrange Georgia. They broke into my unit three times. Ask me to take pictures as if I was an insurance agent. I did so inside and out sent them the pictures. I was told they couldn't give me any money back because it did not look like it as if it was a forced entry. That was my whole house. They took all my brand new shoes, my dining room table, my living room set, my clothes, my game systems, my two flat screen tvs, my two desk top computers my two tablets, they just took everything. I was unable to get into anything. I lost my job. I got behind on the storage unit. I'm not mad about them doing what they have to do but they never did anything to help me.
