Rent a center is a joke the manager and employees try’s the have relations with the customers and when the customers doesn’t comply with them, they get upset and start cursing you out , harassing you , I really think they need new management . Bad customer service 0/10

I have been a long time customer of rent a center. But after I get my items paid out I will never do business here ever again. And most definitely not ever recommend anyone to go here all because the new store manager. He’s not good to his drivers nor his delivery drivers from the conversation I caught on my Ring camera.. so if I could give all of the employees stars I would excluding the store manager. He’s absolutely terrible.

I always have had a good experience with rent-a-center they was always understanding even though my payment was never late but everything was always good.

Beyond awful customer service. Leadership at this store is truly atrocious. The "manager" who did not give his name, has no sense of customer service, phone etiquette or grammar. His response to a mistake his staff made was to talk over me, raise his voice, and then hang up on me in mid sentence, after mumbling profanities. At no time was an apology offered or a resolution attempted. From the beginning of the call it was obvious by his tone and language that he did not care about a resolution or explanation. The employee who made the mistake said she messed up because this was her first day back after a long absence. That was confusing since we saw her in person last week. Please consider any other business or option available to you before you try to do business here. Hopefully they can find a manager who is able to communicate with customers without throwing a tantrum and hanging up the phone when faced with a mistake his team made.UPDATE::::: The district manager never reached out and on top of that I was charged $40 from my bank account despite me NEVER RECEIVING ANY MERCHANDISE.

I tried to order a stove from them when they had a promotion going, and unfortunately they failed to uphold their promotion because they gave false information. I cancelled the order for them to still charge me days later after a rude conversation with a heavy set white woman over the phone. I spoke to her in person previously, and signed the contract for the promotion. So it was funny how she was claiming she had just got back from vacation and was unaware of the promotion as if we never met. It is a poorly ran operation at that branch and very unprofessional.

Even though I was an old customer they couldn't find my file to help with my paperwork. I was having to try and file out another application all the while guy wouldn't stop about my payment info. They took money from my account and I hadn't even finished filing out application. He would not shut up about auto pay when I snapped. Told him out my money back I didn't want the washer anymore. So far my money hasn't been put back and they won't answer my phone calls. If another payment comes out next week I will be seeing a lawyer and sue them

I had got a table I ordered it online it took 3weeks to even get it to the store. Also I never missed a payment and they came to my home without calling asking for a payment I WOULD not recommend going there

Staff and manager were very helpful, friendly and got me squared away in record timing. I was in and out with no hassle. Will definitely be using them as my ONLY source for all my furniture needs.
