Lady was rude. I wasn't buying today I was checking on upgrade. Since I was not upgrading right then she was not happy. I'm assuming it's a commission thing.

Their WiFi constantly goes down numerous times a day. Been like that for few years now. Happens at my house & my parent’s home wifi. Plus the Upload speed is super slow.

The representative that did our phones LIED about how much our monthly bill was going to be. The first 2 payment was what she stated. On the 3rd month, they added an extra $180 to our monthly bill on a 3 year contract which in total would've been $10k for all our phones!! Thank goodness T-Mobile bought out our contract with spectrum and our new monthly bill with T-Mobile is less than $100 a month !! Will never ever recommend spectrum to any of my family or friends. Also, the only 5g you get with them is if you're in the city. Outside of it is next to nothing. Just horrible all around

Tried to find out how much to get internet run to a smaller mother-in-law house behind the main house and nobody could even answer the question. Ridiculous.

Been with him for about 12 years they go up 20 and $30 every couple of months or so on your bill instead of offering their long time customers a deal they'll offer deals to new people I've been with them like I said for over 12 years My bill's about $265 for basic cable in a little bit of internet

Andrea Parmer waited on my husband and I yesterday. We had been on the phone with MANY representatives that couldn’t help us. We went to the Lagrange Spectrum store and told Andrea that we had a complicated situation. She said that she could handle it. She solved our problems with professionalism and respect. Five stars for Andrea!!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Came in to open a business internet account. The store representative was very professional and helpful. Their internet was slow however and it took longer but the representative kept apologizing. I enjoyed my visit and recommend this store!
