Just moved to LaGrange and called to ask how long a flat repair might take. The lady on the phone snapped back with “no busier than usual,” which tells me absolutely nothing. Two hours? Two days? If the customer service is already this bad over the phone, I can only imagine what it’s like in person. Thanks for making it easy to choose ANYWHERE else.

I just called this place and I was just asking for a quote on brakes and rotors - front and back and the lady literally said “I don’t do customers and parts” and then said “thank you” and hung up. Like okay? But who do I need to speak to? Who does?

We were coming in from out of town to buy a car which needed new tires before driving it home (sidewall damage and eight years old). They helped me select tires for the car and ordered them for me. They contacted me a couple of days prior to my arrival date and advised they had received my tires. When we arrived they worked quickly to get the car in the shop and take care of the tire change. The techs advised me some of the lug nuts were in bad shape and showed me the nearly rounded shoulders and offered some solutions. We opted to change all the lug nuts to new ones. I am very satisfied with the service by the techs and the office personnel who, in my opinion, went beyond in the search for tires, communication, professionalism and kindness.

Never been, don’t plan on going. They messed up all 4 of my friends tire pressure sensors and refuse to fix them after they put on 4 new tires on his truck. 0/10.

I have used Tech Tires for over 15 years. I can't say I have ever had a bad experience there. When I do go in for service, I always take my silkey terrier, Graciegirl, with me. She enjoys being the center of attention while we are there, and I can't say enough great things about Justin, his wife, and all the staff there. Everyone there is knowledgeable, I have never felt like I got ripped off by them. The work is always done right. I would give them 10 stars if I could.
