“Mr. Scott went above and beyond to help us buy our new Chevy equinox RS. He took a lot of time to explain all the features and how they work and how to use them. We will definitely go back to see Mr Scott if we ever need another vehicle.”

“THANK YOU!!!! My daughter had a flat tire heading to ATL. Roadside came and changed the tire. That tire went flat. We began calling around about 5:15 for a tire repairman. Everyone was closing soon, but I couldn't allow her to get to ATL on a leaking spare. We found this shop. She arrived as they were closing the garage, but they were nice enough to help her. Lord, I thank you. I pray blessings over this business, the owners and the workers who helped her. I would give them higher than a 5 if I could!!!! ???”

“Stopped by one day because my Amp Research step bars stopped working. They were able to troubleshoot and resolve the issue. After it was all said and done, I’ve ended up with a new Camlocker tool box, air bags and a brake controller. I couldn’t be happier with the customer service I received, level of professionalism and quality of work from the guys in the shop. I would’ve selected six stars but five is the max.”

“This is a 5 star family owned business that saved me on the side of the road driving across country! A 5 star google review doesn’t show how much I appreciate their help during my travel crisis. I was happy to pay my repair bill every cent!!”

“The staff were friendly. The wait time was long for me; almost two hours for an unscheduled oil/filter change (30 mins over estimate).

The mechanic entered the vehicle's cabin with wet oil on his hands and left oily finger/hand prints on the car's brand new Katzkin leathers; not the car care I had hoped for.

The base price for an oil/filter change was more than dealer price for the same level of service (near Aniston, AL). When I carefully approached this topic, the price was swiftly discounted to just $10 over. I'm thinking that there is little oil change competition here in LaGrange, but I'm still a new face in the crowd. I haven't checked into it yet.

I was asked to provide honest feedback and agree that honest sharing (not personal attacks) can be helpful.

Aside from reporting the oily mess, I remained positive and was polite even though. I like to encourage the service techs and management who perform the work on my vehicles. I look forward to offering praise each time I come in.

The LaGrange Firestone provides wheelchair access and a comfortable waiting room with enough space for kids to stretch out or play together.

Customer Wi-Fi is provided so that everyone can access the web while waiting. The chairs are upholstered and look like standard office equipment.

Bathrooms are provided; the women's bathroom needed the paper hand towels refilled. It wasn't dirty though.

This location offers access to grocery shopping and various fast food options if you prefer to enjoy a meal while you wait for your vehicle or wish to do some shopping. WARNING: Crossing Commerce St. on foot could be dangerous, I don't recommend.”

“If your in a jam, then I would suggest them. But prepare for sticker shock. I work in Lagrange from time to time. Which is out of town for me. I have been using them every since they opened this location. Service is great. Employees are awsome. The price just kills me. But. Like I said. If your in a jam, and you have the money. I would use them.”
