The employees here are always so helpful and friendly. Check out is efficient too. Even if there is a line it is a fast mover. Good shopping and good browsing.

I don't usually write reviews for a store but felt the need to because this lady was the nicest customer service person I think I've ever experienced. Carol is amazing! She made my mom feel awesome in the clothes she was trying on/ trying to decide to get. Really great person and patient and beyond friendly. Thanks Carol!

DONT OPEN AN ACCOUNT WITH TJ MAX this is the Worst and most INCONSIDERATE company to ever open an account with. TJ MAX is NOT WORTH another Penny of my money they will CLOSE YOUR ACCOUNTS if one payment are always on time. I was never late and always paid my account out in full within 30 days BUT NEVER LATE!!!!!! I would hate to see how they treat there bad clients or clients having hardships. This is a MERCILESS COMPANY

Would love to be able to check out without receiving attitude for politely declining the offer to get a TJ Maxx credit card. If I say no, I mean no. That attitude definitely won’t convince me to sign up for one anyways.
