I reserved a truck and when i showed up the store was closed and they also never left me a key in any of the lock boxes. Luckily mikes towing was open and one was available!

The owner was very helpful. Uhaul was doing maintenance on their web site when I was trying to pick up the truck with the phone app. When the site finally came back up he had the paper work done and I was ready to go. No need for the app this time. I did use the app to drop off the truck, it worked that time No problems.
