I've been dealing with a carrier who will sometimes show up and sometimes not depending on what needs to be delivered. I've had a package that needs to go out and has been sitting in my mailbox for three days untouched.

By far the worst! I've scheduled pick ups and they've literally dropped packages on my porch where the pick ups are yet don't take the out going mail! This last time they delivered one medium flat rate box (I ordered a pack of 10!) And set it ON TOP of the two packages scheduled for pick up and left them. Then I received an email saying my pick up request was complete! NO it wasn't! If a pick up is scheduled...taking the packages would be a good idea.

I wouldn’t recommend using this post office to send mail out of. I sent two items priority 7 days early so they would get there on time. One was late and the other one didn’t arrive at all. They changed priority so now you can’t get your money back. So an item that would have cost me 73 cents a piece cost me $20.70. Poor service and trying to get anyone in customer service to help was zero. Don’t waste your hard earned money on the post office.

This is a mixed review. Monday - Friday This is the worse run post office I have experienced thus far! Website says walk in passport service hours M-F in ADDITION to appointment hours. I personally watched them turn down all kinds of people after they stood in line forever more than 30 minutes telling customers that “walk in hours were on Saturdays only”. Really hate to dump on all of the employees here as there were a few nice and well intentioned persons, just misinformed ones. They still gave all kinds of excuses to my husband. “Only one lady doing passports”. “Passport appointments full for the day”, “Don’t know where your wife got the idea we do walk-ins on weekdays”. YOUR OWN WEBSITE SAYS SO IS WHERE. Please get your facts straight and let people know at the door before they waste their time. Only saving Grace is Duchess who appears to work on Saturdays and probably does more passports in 3 hours working the front BY HERSELF than the regular Mon-Fri employees! If it were not for her I would have only given a 1 star rating.

These postal workers must have nerves of steel and the patience of saints. Reading the reviews here and the sense of entitlement some folks have gives me second hand embarrassment.
This is a decent post office. Sometimes the lines get long, sometimes there's a Karen screeching up front, making your wait time longer, but the employees are helpful and efficient, the place is clean, and generally you're in and out in less than 15 minutes.

Waited In line for and hour, just to finally get my turn and the rude employee throws two suckers at my kids, and says she couldn’t help me with passports today cause she was the only employee to show up, that’s not my problem

I had an amazing experience today with each and every one the staff members that was working around 3:10PM. Jared provided excellent customer service on the phone and helped find a package that I needed to pick up because it included gifts for my family and I’m heading out of town tomorrow. The entire team was extremely friendly from the time we walked in until we left. They also gave my son a lollipop before we left which made his entire day!

Please update your times for passports on website. If the LaGrange office only does till certain time. Please don't take appts after that time. People get off work to be turned away. Very disappointing and postal workers not helpful at all!!

This Post Office looks run down (shrubs not trimmed, building in disrepair, trash all over parking area) in addition I mailed a package from here on 3/30/24 it took 12 days to get delivered (they blamed it on Palmetto USPS office) and the USPS tracking system had no scans from facility to facility. This is unacceptable Customer service and allocation of tax dollars not taking care of Federal facilities.

Long lines, I employee, slow as Christmas, but I was able to complete my task. Had to ship my birthday card as a priority package, 3 day delivery, insured at a cost of $5.30. That's ridiculous!

substitute driver on 2-10-24. On Tatum Heights Dr.in Lagrange Georgia. Around 4pn, the drive was driving reckless. Speeding, squealing tires, truck even back fired. The truck went dead didn't want to start at first, when started squealed tires again when pulled off. Drive was an African-American man. I started to call the police. There's children in this neighborhood. He Does not need to be driving like that.! I love my kids!
