I want to post a review in response to the person who complained about wait times. With the exception of one year that I was with AT&T (and returned), I have been with Verizon since before Verizon was Verizon. I bought a Motorola bag phone from Cellular One in LaGrange, and I can't remember what year that was. (The only reason I switched to AT&T for a year was because I live over the line in Alabama, and their service was better. For only one year.) I have *never* had less than stellar service at this location, and at this location's former location. And yes, I have often had to wait. When you have walk-in customers, it's a fact of life. And when you see that your wait is because the customer is asking basic questions like "how do I use this thing?", sometimes you just have to suck it up, buttercup. They have always taken the time with me that they have taken with the people ahead of me. And yes, one of my questions was stupid. When my iPhone 6 Plus stopped charging, the CSR simply took out a little tool and cleaned the lint out of the input, and politely told me this was a common problem with the Lightning connectors.

Understaffed. Wait times unacceptable. When I complained to Mgr and mentioned that my time was valuable, he responded "so is ours". Classy.

Josh provided the ABSOLUTE BEST customer service ever! I chose this location over those in Columbus because the reviews were better. GREAT CHOICE! ~ I am traveling and my phone totally froze up. Couldn't even turn it off. It would have been so easy to take advantage of my situation and tell me I needed a new phone. BUT, in less than two minutes, Josh had it fixed. (A weird, rare issue that he knew how to fix.) I could walk out without spending a penny ... in less than five minutes! I decided to get a new screen protector because mine was cracked and while Josh was fixing that, I noticed the great service others were getting. It was a busy Saturday but everyone seemed to be taken care of nicely. THANK YOU, JOSH. My only regret is that I live 500 miles away. I would totally trust Josh and this store for my Verizon needs.

I purchased a watch from this location and my rep cut the box open and handed me the box! The rep didn't activate the watch! I went back to the store then she tried to help but all of her personal information such as emails and text messages came to my phone! All I can say is unprofessional!

Stop reading and go to sprint. Other than the employees being really great.... The wait times are long, prices are high and the contracts are binding.
