I do not recommend Verizon to anyone. The representatives are not trained properly. One will say one thing and then, when you call in, they will say another thing. Nobody knows what’s going on. When you first start out, they will tell you your bill is going to be this and then in a couple months your bill changes and they say oh no I’m so sorry for the confusion, but this is what your bill is now. Poor customer service. I would put them right next to T-Mobile customer service. Which is by far the worst I’ve ever experienced.

Visited in the afternoon on a week day. There was no line to wait in and I was greeted right away. Marquette was very honest about what could and couldn’t be done, gave me direct number to contact. Very courteous and helpful.

Wayyyy over priced for sucky service and they end up screwing you over. I will be so glad when my phone bill is up so I can go back to straight talk

They suck. Paid over 300 dollars on new phones just to leave with one of the two phones not activated. I would highly recommend not wasting your time or money here.

When i bought my plan i had to go back because my phone service didnt work. My son has had his plan and went to the Lagrange Verizon and paid his bill last week and it hasnt ever worked again. Worse customer service i have ever encountered......

Wait 30min only to be told to call customer service. This has happened 3 times now. I'm going to the store to avoid the headache of calling customer service... at least now they finally have public restrooms here.

would have left no stars if possible!! i went into this store right after i broke my phone. i was greeted and helped by Michaelhis name tag said manager. he seemed helpful at first but then it became clear he was only there to upsell me on phone accessories. i bought a iphone 13 pro he would not help me set it up and transfer over my number. he said i had to do it and call the Verizon customer service. He then did his sales pitch and when i said i wasn’t interested in a phone case and that i wanted a life proof case to complete enclose my new phone he said they didn’t make life proof cases anymore. which was a lie. then he told me i had to have a wall plug because my phone didn’t come with one. that is the true. but i still didn’t want the knock off cube he was trying to sell me, i wanted an apple cube. he then rushed through the checkout process and told me the total but didn’t tell me how much the knock off plug was so i didn’t know i was buying it. i paid and as he was bagging my phone he put the cube i didn’t want in the bag. when i tried to stop him he said i already paid for it. at this point i was done with all of it so i just took the bag and left. i don’t even know how much he charged me for it because i didn’t get a receipt. this was an absolute awful experience. in my opinion don’t go to this store. just call Verizon.

Usually the people who have bad experiences are the only ones to review immediately so I wanted to make sure I put my great experience in the reviews. Been a Verizon customer for over 5 years now. Had a paid off iPhone XS and the salesperson at the Lagrange store helped me with the upgrade. Traded in my phone and got a brand new iPhone 13 pro, and it even dropped my bill by $16 a month. That’s how you keep customers who are loyal. I can’t remember his name (unfortunately) but he’s a guy with a Pikachu tattoo on his arm. Thank you
