I like the LaGrange Walgreens a lot. They are very well stocked, cleaned, and organized. The staff are pleasant and helpful. They have a photo center and pharmacy. On a side note, they have a good selection of ice cream (for this kind of store). I prefer this store and location above the other chain pharmacy/convenience type stores.

This used to be my Walgreens, but recently they have been horrible with prescriptions and take forever to follow up or get things done. Was told to “call back after lunch” even though it was 12:45!!! I’ve changed to one in Columbus , worth the longer drive.

My sister and I went to Walgreens today, My sister handed the female cashier her percripition and told the lady cashier We live in Alabama and in were going to wait for it. She was hateful and popped off, then said it would be 1.5 hours to wait. we waited 2 hours so i went to ask about our medication, The gentleman cashier found it in a big pile. they never announced our name . I got a text it was ready and we were already back in Alabama. we will use CVS they only take 15 - 30 mintues to fill.

They lie to you, because they don't want to fool with you. My date on my prescription was 2/22/2022. They said It was 2/27/2022. I went to another pharmacist and he said it was clearly 2/22/2022.BAD PHARMACIST. I mean how do you go to the Dr on a Sunday. They are stupid. I'd soon not give 1 star. 0 would be my assessment for the pharmacist. Date 2/26/2022 at 930 am.

Do not... I repeat... do NOT go to this Walgreens for the pharmacy. Horrible customer service. Left me waiting in the drive through with no cars in front of me for over 15 minutes. Although they were helping a customer, no one even bothered to acknowledge me. When I finally managed to get someone's attention, the lady yelled at me through the intercom. I will never step foot in that Walgreens again.

This is the worst Walgreens I have ever been forced to use to fill my prescriptions!!!They are the only walgreens in town and the only one who can get one of my medications. The pharmacy staff is soooo slow! This is the drive thru line today! It is out in the street blocking traffic!

The pharmacy refused to give me a flu shot, even though there was a sign posted in the front of the store welcoming walk-ins for a flu shot. I got to as the pharmacy first opened, with no one in line. I informed the lady behind the counter of the sign, but she refused me and told me I had to have an appointment. This is not the first time the pharmacy has not been helpful. They seem stress and short with their customers. I will not be using their pharmacy again.

Walgreens is pathetic. After waiting in line for an hour we finally get to the drive through window. There’s a note on the window to call the pharmacy number. We do and nothing happens. Then the rude lady at the window puts up a sign that their phone system is down and we have to come inside. You could tell the lady in the pharmacy was yelling at him. This lack of service has happened before. Time to investigate new pharmacies.

This is based on my wife and I recent experience with the drive through picking up a prescription. We waiting in a very slow lane (about 34-40) mins and we finally made it to the window. When we get to our turn it is 1:33pm and they put a note on the window saying that they were at lunch from 1:30-2:00. No notice or anything…not posted anywhere other than when we got up to our turn at the window. Very upset with this lack of customer service. Not liking this location right now ?

This Walgreens has many pros and cons. The staff including pharmacy are for the most part just plain sorry, rude, disrespectful and shouldn't even have a job in the field treating people like this. The worst is some nasty, ghetto, disrespectful woman named Tiffany. She is horrible and should be fired for the way she treats people and is very blatant in your face with it. The only upside is 2 employees one a manager by the name of Toni hardy, who is the nicest , most helpful, efficient, kind and caring woman I have ever met in my life. She should definitely be promoted as hard as she works. This Walgreens is only still open bc of her. And the next I would have to.say is the head pharmacist. Mr. Greg is a really good, meticulous, and understanding professional who refuses to let you leave until not only you are satisfied but until he himself is confident and satisfied that his job has been done correctly and the patient is happy. Great job !!

Walgreens manager refused to defund my money for a faulty purchase, refused to exchange it, refused to allow me to purchase other items in exchange for the faulty purchase. I will never walk into that store again. No excuses for this behavior towards a customer. 50 dollars of my money went somewhere, and I have nothing to show for it. He either didn't know how to refund me, or he simply didn't care.

Horrible establishment, had a COVID Test appointment at 9:00. Took then 15 minutes for them to even acknowledge that I was there, then finally left the store at 10:15 as they were the slowest workers in this side of the Mississippi River. This simple task should take no more than 10 minutes. Do not recommend coming here unless you like waiting around when you have things to do.
