The worst people are the ones who can't admit they are wrong! The coupon was not only online but there was a coupon in front of the paper towels. After it rung up wrong she insisted that I had the wrong ones and it was another brand. I walked to the back showed her a picture that I took of said item. And instead of saying oh they probably forgot to remove it or something she tried to tell me I didn't see what I saw even after I showed her the picture on phone. I am ok with it being mistakenly left up and gladly would move on but for her to pull some random coupons from behind the register and her to say I'm sure this is what you saw and proceeded to read it to me like I have no sense is extremely disrespectful. Also the coupon in question was a buy one get one half off on paper towels. The one she claim that was back there that I just couldn't read the difference (that she pulled from behind the counter) was a 20 percent off total item on beauty supply coupon! Obviously it's not me that can't read. Just embarrassing.

I wish I could give zero stars! I drove all the way from West Point to pick up my prescription. When I got home, it was the wrong prescription. All the paperwork and the actual prescription were right, but the item was wrong. When I called them they said bring it back. They would change it out, I drove all the way back there and sat there in the store over an hour and a half! Then the item still didn’t match the prescription that they gave me and she argued with me and told me that was the prescription! I even pulled it up online and showed her what I was supposed to receive and she still would not agree that was my prescription! So I called my doctors office standing right there in front of her and asked them to send the prescription to my mail order prescription place that I was not using Walgreens again! They are lazy and three people play around in there why one works the drive up and the window in the lobby! Then one of the employees back there had the nerve to yell at me. I hope you have a better day tomorrow!

The Store Manager should be fired before she gets a reaction out of your customers. She's rude and very aggressive to customers. I asked her a question and she just stared at me. Rude to her employees. Which I have witnessed first hand on more than one occasion. Employees have told me they feel she is being racist towards them. No one has time for that going into 2024. If you don't fix this I'm sure the community will. Joleah was the name of the Store Manager. I'll repeat it once more. Joleah is the name of the Store Manager and she should not be there. SHE SHOULD NOT BE THE STORE MANAGER. Thank You!

This business.....is very unprofessional and ran like a mom and pop storefront rather than a national chain. I went in to pick up a prescription, and the pharmacy tech was very rude and seemed uneducated as to the role she plays and disrespectful to the customer i.e. me. Before even asking for my ID or if I had any insurance she asked as if she was in a barn if I wanted to know how much my medication cost because she definitely didn't want to tell me. Then she proceeded to yell that it was $150.00. Which is neither her business, If I can afford it, or the 5 or 6 customers who were in line behind me and heard her. After letting her know that I indeed did have insurance and would not be paying for the medication that the VA would she proceeds to say they cannot fill the prescription with my insurance. OK fine found another pharmacy within the VA preferred network and asked the pharmacist if she would phone it over. Sure she said. Waited three hours called back and my prescription stilled hasn't been sent. I called back after 3 hours and asked the tech if she could check and see because when she answered the phone she never even asked my name...just said no. I'm still here hours later without my medication. I wouldn't recommend buying cough drops from them. Take your business and your money somewhere else.

I like the LaGrange Walgreens a lot. They are very well stocked, cleaned, and organized. The staff are pleasant and helpful. They have a photo center and pharmacy. On a side note, they have a good selection of ice cream (for this kind of store). I prefer this store and location above the other chain pharmacy/convenience type stores.

This used to be my Walgreens, but recently they have been horrible with prescriptions and take forever to follow up or get things done. Was told to “call back after lunch” even though it was 12:45!!! I’ve changed to one in Columbus , worth the longer drive.

My sister and I went to Walgreens today, My sister handed the female cashier her percripition and told the lady cashier We live in Alabama and in were going to wait for it. She was hateful and popped off, then said it would be 1.5 hours to wait. we waited 2 hours so i went to ask about our medication, The gentleman cashier found it in a big pile. they never announced our name . I got a text it was ready and we were already back in Alabama. we will use CVS they only take 15 - 30 mintues to fill.

They lie to you, because they don't want to fool with you. My date on my prescription was 2/22/2022. They said It was 2/27/2022. I went to another pharmacist and he said it was clearly 2/22/2022.BAD PHARMACIST. I mean how do you go to the Dr on a Sunday. They are stupid. I'd soon not give 1 star. 0 would be my assessment for the pharmacist. Date 2/26/2022 at 930 am.
