I came into this restaurant a couple weeks ago and first let me say the employee was phenomenal very nice and polite! Anywho I ordered my food and as I’m getting ready to pay for my food a lady name Kat made a comment and used the “N” word! Now remind you she’s not of that race but either or the word shouldn’t be used by either party. It was very disturbing and made me feel very uncomfortable therefore I asked for my order to be cancelled and I did not eat here and I will not spend my money eating here because of that exact reason! Get it together and please do better!

I was so excited to order the zensation salad today. But wait, it wasn’t exciting at all. Waited in line for over 15 minutes to get it. The chicken was hard, cold and mostly breading. It cost 11.47 for a salad and no drink! Yes I ordered 1 extra salad dressing because the packets don’t contain but about a teaspoon of dressing. I believe one extra was .50. So nearly $12 for a salad with chicken that I couldn’t eat. I’m slowly crossing all fast food off my list. I guess this will do it for me. I used to love this salad so much. Just a shame.

This place has literally went to hell in the past year! The service awful, the food comes out cold or over cooked. I've been a customer since they've been here. Today will end that until something changes. 30 minutes and still waiting!

I have been a customer for over 20 years, I have never had brown lettuce and hard left over chicken in my salad ?. This is totally unacceptable.

Food was pitiful. Didn't get the whole order, and some food was burned. Coleslaw missing fries missing, Carmel sauce missing. Fried Philly was burned, and funnel cake was hard as a rock.

The food is awesome I love Zaxbys. Buttttttt, I think her name is Diamond, she needs to learn customer service and how to talk to customers. Everytime I come in she rolls her eyes as if I get on her nerves and should not be there. After work I would prefer my food without all the rudeness.

Customer service is TRASH!!! I'll never eat at this location again!! With the sheer lack of care they give to the customers, I can only imagine how they handle the cleanliness and the food prep.... Not to mention being more expensive than the locations I normally go to.

The new Grill Chicken Philly is really good. The drive through moved in a timely manner. Friendly window cashier and my order was ready as I approached the window. Good job!!!

Worst service ever. Slowest moving staff in the kitchen. You will wait for over 45 mins to get your food, and then receive an incorrect order!! I go back in to get what was missing to find see 6 members, plus a girl in her pajamas standing behind the counter eating ice talking to employees. Seriously. Come to think of it, I don’t think I’ve ever received an order that was actually completed correctly in my 10 years of living here. Literally. the. worst. staff. ever.
