Some parts either won't work for long or straight up don't fit, employees are overworked and underpaid, the blue box, STP oil filters for Ford trucks have been updated to where they may not even fit, snacks cost too much, employees are told to sell items as pairs with others just to not get commission on the sales, leadership is favored if they don't do their job properly or at all.

Beware - Don’t order online from this location. I had to cancel my last 3 orders because they never got them ready. Then it took several days to get my money refunded. Advance Auto guarantee’s all orders ready within 30 minutes at all locations. Auto Zone Forest Park can’t pick a transmission switch within 72 hrs.

If you want to see the most incoherent thing, go to this store where the employees have a line of 10 people and are wasting their time answering the phone to customers who are in the comfort of their homes, taking the time of people who are already ready to buy. What a lack of respect and ethics.
