Got a unit here on 8/18, the manager on duty was Dez and he was extremely helpful. The reservation I had online I didn't care for and he went above and beyond to make sure I got what I truly wanted.

My unit was broke into. Stole all my husbands tools, stole several tvs, stole my speakers and amps, stole a cashapp card and tried to purchase items at walmart. We now have the internet address used on that purchase. My daughters Urn on the ground busted. Took a Playstation 5. My 9mm gun.
Amongst other stuff. But funny thing is that the lock was not messed with nor the door. We were able to unlock our unit like normal and it wasnt until we opened it up that we noticed it was ransacked. Oh and they left a cup with their finished drink and finger prints on it. Hmm. Interesting isn't it?!

Today was a very pleasant experience. This is my first time ever renting a storage unit and wasn’t 100% sure of the process. Kida was friendly and helpful. She explained how to download the app and that I can use the app to make payments and have wireless access to the gate. Very awesome information. Friendly and helpful. Very satisfied.
