This place is a disgrace to UPS, they store manager is a horrible humàn being since shes the daughter of the owners she thinks it's ok to talk and treat customers very rudely with no care in the world about what comes out of her mouth, very unprofessional and when you complain to the owners not a thing is done cause she is still there, still with her bad attitude and her appearance is always questionable to be running a business. I would NOT recommend doing business with this establishment nor the one in 138 by the Kroger as they own this one too. They should not allow to run this franchise when they know NOTHING about customer service, get rid of that HORRIBLE manager of a daughter and they might do better..... SMH I PRAY SHE GETS A BETTER PERSONALITY AND ATTITUDE!!!

Absolutely horrible customer service. Our package was routed to the store and signed for by employee. Reported to store to pick up package, was told the package was lost or stolen. We filled a police report and store employees told police I was trespassing by pickup up our package. The employee last name that signed for package was defensive and claims we harassed her. The owner of the store was present and informed that he has seen me at the location and explain that his employee were young with no customer service expertise and defended me to the officer on call and confessed that his employee fabricated her claims that we were at anytime hostile to them . Attached is the employee who signed for the package last name. Lost or stolen my graduation present was never found

I would legit give this place a lower score if I could. My grandmother went in Monday to mail my birth certificate to me , not only were the reps there not helpful, gave wrong information which caused her to do a different form of shipping, but they also got an attitude with her when she said that the information that they were giving which was wrong didn’t sound right , Which it turns out it wasn’t.

The customer service was a bit poor this morning. Nonetheless, I’ll do my best to avoid this location in the event I need service from an ups store.
