The pharmacy techs always have a nasty attitude towards me that I assume is racism as I have heard them speak kindly to other customers. I understand as a very pale woman with natural red hair I am profiled in this area but there is no need to be rude. I have finally changed pharmacies. I am cash paying and only use name brand prescriptions and won't give another dollar to this establishment. EVERY time my doc sends an RX it is NOT filled because there is no insurance on file.. I HAVE TO CALL AT LEAST 5 TIMES TO ARGUE TO GET MY STUFF FILLED. .NOT everyone has insurance! The other place I go to now is much better!

First and last time here! Pharmacy sucks! Waited hours back and forth for absolutely nothing! All this could have been avoided if they wasn't trying to prove a point. The point is they don't know what they are doing...point proven!

***PHARMACY TECH WITH THE DYED BLUE HAIR - Has No Business In a Customer Facing ROLE! *** She is unprofessional, lacks a customer service skillset, inefficient, and needs a few years of development before she should attempt any role within a Pharmacy. Hiring anyone with these type of deficiencies & challenges speaks volumes about the mission statement: Championing Health and Wellbeing of every Community in America - America's most loved pharmacy. That is quite laughable considering that your staff has the business acumen of a pre-teen. We depend of your services, professional demeanor, and support, for our health care needs - but most importantly we put trust in your ability to conduct the environments in your storefront with consistency, dependability, proper etiquette and respect. I was given an incorrect prescription (dosage and instructions) that will cause a huge issue with my insurance once it is time for me to get a refill. This is not a small error, and it will take me hours to get fixed before the pharmacist can get an override completed through my insurance. Just take your prescription somewhere else because I definitely will.

Had to go to emergency care. They sent prescriptions to Walgreens but the pharmacy was closed and no emergency service. All they care about is sales. The pharmacy is terrible. They don't care about sick people. I have to wait twenty-four hours for medication I need now. Until then I will be in extreme pain and my recovery will be slowed. If they can arrange for the rest of the store to be open on a holiday, they can arrange for the pharmacy to be open. Pharmacy hours are only for the convenience of the pharmacy staff. They don't care about people needing medicine.

Horrible location. They don’t have charger to click pictures for passport size pictures. Don’t come here absolutely zero stars.Very unprofessional and rude staff.Last time I came here for passport size pictures they said buy a tshirt from them then only they will click it. Staff was forcing me to buy the tshirt for the pictures.

If I could rate zero stars I would the employees here have the worst attitudes and customer service. I understand everyone has bad days but some of the employees were just down right rude. I will never visit this location again!

Absolutely unbelievable ! I cannot believe that Walgreens would hire people that have no business doing what they are doing? They need to fire everybody in there, and do some very intense customer service training. They fill your prescriptions late, if at all, and obviously they do not know how to use the computer systems that they have on file, to fill your prescriptions and they just make up a lie and tell you to call back in a couple hours I think that they're busy and don't have time to do your order. I will no longer be doing business with Walgreens after many years. And I advise everyone to run, run, run and get a real pharmacy more people know how to treat you properly and fill your prescriptions on time! Goodbye Walgreens! FOREVER!

Been trying to work with this location and the company since I have been using Walgreens Pharmacy for over 15 years. Moved in the area of this one last year, and I have never seen such continuous lack of service, lack of filling orders, having orders ready when they say, hour waits with one person in line, and over 15 (in less than 6 months) wasted trips to pick up medicine but couldn't get because Pharmacists was not there during business hours for people to pick up prescriptions.Tried to get it filled online and shipped SMH even more waste of time. Held the order for weeks until I called and then said they would work on it. Too late people need their prescriptions in a timely manor when they order them and anticipate shipping or processing pickup schedule. Two months trying to get them filled and no insurance problems ONLY Walgreens issues.This 15+ year's client is going to CVS atleast I know they suck, but I can get my meds without all of this mess and lower costs.

Called to check on a prescription… experienced rude and dry communication from a young black lady it’s 10 in the morning I can ASSUME you haven’t been working that long, either way I’m calling you sick and in pain; you can do better. Before I finished talking she sighed and huffed “okay” hanging up the phone abruptly. Fake it or look for a job not related to customer service. We was about to switch from CVS to Walgreens but that quickly changed. We sat in drive thru for almost 30 minutes. 20 minutes of that we were not even acknowledged at all. And the lady had nobody on the inside. Watched her at the computer the whole time. Then she says be with you in a moment and never came back. Even after we rang the bell 2 times. By far the most unconcerned and disrespectful pharmacy I've ever been to. I think we will stay with cvs.

Absolutely horrendous customer service at the pharmacy. The individual at the counter is rude and impolite. 3 hours to fill a prescription is terrible and shows why this location has such a terrible rating.

I don't normally shop at Walgreens as it seems confirmed as a profit driven system with a lack towards customer service, but its Christmas and I was able to order the gift I needed online to have shipped to store. A mistake I will never make again. An email arrived Monday saying my order was ready. It is Wednesday at 6pm and my order still can't be located. 'JAY' and his energy drink, the boy stocking shelves seemed to be the go to for all answers the other associates had. Even though his answers were lackluster, and only rephrased questions themselves,Jay was not able to locate the package. Upon scanning the store and seeing misc, packages in misc places throughout, I realized I was just as equipped as the associates to find it. So I did. On a random shelf. That anybody could have easily walked out with. So that's what I did. I walked out with my package. And though I'm happy to have my package now, I dread that I ordered two more packages I may never see. And if by some miracle they do not end up in somebody else's trunk, do you really think I would risk doing my shopping in such a chaotic careless and overpriced regime? The district managers in charge of the branch managers in charge of this chaos I assume are not aware of this breakdown in customer service. I assumed their inflated prices would be reflected in their service, such as is publix' explanation, but after this engagement I've decided that's an internal problem that I shall not worry myself over any longer and close with a simple note to the consumer.-buyer beware-

I'm sitting at the drive thru for 30 minutes. It is now 7:15pm. They close at 8pm. I called them to ask them if they can just have my prescription out by the time I get in front to make it easier on them and she said something and I couldn't hear her. I asked her to repeat herself and she yells at me saying what's your name?! I told her. She said it's ready and hangs up. I'm like I know it's ready. Yall sent me a text saying it's ready. Like why you catching an attitude. Don't work here if you ain't like it, tf. What I do to you?

I was told my photos would be ready by 2:30. I called multiple time around 330 until someone answered. They had not completed my pictures yet but said they could have them done by 4:00. I get there, still had to wait for a few and then I was given the wrong type of pictures(I ordered magnetic prints and was given regular prints). So then I had to wait even longer. All while one of the employees was trying to check out using a bunch of expired coupons, holding up the line
