Christian Book Warehouse is a long-standing bookstore open Thursday through Sunday. It is a great store for book lovers, offering plenty of books of all types. While predominantly Christian books, including a tremendous number of nice looking Bibles and cookbooks, they keep way more than just Christian books stocked. There is a decent amount of fiction for adults, some good nonfiction, and lots of great children's picture books. Books are heavily discounted and inexpensive compared to chain stores, with most priced $2.99 or less and many quality Bibles for very discounted prices, ideal for stocking up or gifting. The books are in great condition. The staff has always been super friendly and the cash register lady is nice. Some travelers consider it a must-do on road trips through the area. A few customers note a desire for more variety in certain genres like mysteries and mention the lack of a customer restroom. Overall, it is a great little shop worth supporting.
