If I could give zero stars I would. Rude ignorant employees that seem bothered to help customers. I was told if a part didn't fit(oil cap) I could not return... vehicle was in front of store and they said if I went out to make sure it fit .. I buy it even if it's wrong?? Will no longer rely on O'Reilly's.

Lauren is the BEST...I came in as a disgruntled Jeep owner in just getting back my Jeep from dealership after 2 1/2 weeks with a BAD battery...She put in my new battery and patiently listened to me rant. She was professional and customer service was top notch. Give Lauren a RAISE!!!! Thank you and God Bless

Hunter, the store associate, here is amazing. He knows so much and is incredibly helpful. I came in with my back up camera and music system not working and he fixed the loose fuse, he easily could have lied and said I needed a new one but instead he went above and beyond to help me.

We live in Madison Florida and needed parts for our generator. We asked about a generator and the young man working there said yes they had some. The problem was we were in a small car and the trunk was to small. He tried everything to try to get it into the car. A man offered to follow us and bring it in his truck.

We have a commercial account with this location. For the past week and a half, our customer has been sitting in a parking lot sleeping in her non mobile vehicle because O'Reilly's cannot order the correct parts, and/or have the parts on hand at the store when they say they're going to. We started with a CV axle they claimed to have in stock. Arrived at the store, and they didn't have it. They ordered the axle, and we waited two or three days for it to arrive. Upon arrival, we realize the commercial manager Terrell ordered the wrong part. We waited a few more days for the correct part to arrive. We then had to replace a wheel bearing on the car, which they gave us two faulty wheel bearings in the same day. Finally resolved that issue, and they were supposed to have an abs sensor for us the following day. Again, the wrong part was ordered under employee fault. We waited six days for the correct sensor to arrive. Upon receipt of the part, it was wrong again. We went to the store and spoke with Terrell about returning the sensor and taking our business elsewhere. We told Terrell we enjoyed doing business with O'Reilly's, but if things are going to continue to be this way we would just close our account. In his exact words, he said " I don't care, close it ". The management at this store, along with several of their employees are an absolute joke. Don't waste your time or money

I was traveling from Southeast Florida up to Alabama. Was loaded down because I'm an insurance adjuster and had to get there to get my equipment and then come back down. My GMC terrain stopped accelerating and went into low power mode. I could barely go 50 miles an hour on the highway and after I got gas, I couldn't even barely move. I went in & Tio scan. He knew what the problem was right away. Had me pop my hood and he knew what the problem was right away. Had me pop my hood and explained that my car because I was loaded down pump the air hose off. We popped it back on and cleared the code and everything was great. He literally saved me. What a great knowledge!
